Maintenance of permanent way of transportation of material/moment of rolling stocks at the maximum possible speed of 30 Kmph and as mentioned in our technical specification (enclosed herewith) inclusive of all labour, supervision T&P including through packing ,slewing track, renewal of switches whenever and wherever necessary, weed/grass cleaning up to the edge of side drain in cutting ,cleaning of foreign materials like alumina/coal dust etc, replacement of missing /damaged fittings and fastenings etc as required (excluding replacements of sleepers )removal/renewing of wornout crossing body if any,pulling back creep , lifting of Track 3" including packing etc wherever and whenever necessary, cleaning of levelcrossing whenver necessary, replacing & renewing of tongue rail whenver necessary etc.Track material shall be supplied /issued at NALCO’s store on free of cost(Total length of the track isETKM 5.83).( For execution of this item Gang man of 08 nos Semiskilled labour and One Retired PWI shall be deployed per One working day)

Supply of 40mm size hard stone ballast and stacking at various locations along the railway track inclusive of all labor, supervison,materials,T&P (7. 5% of the stack measurement shall be deducted for voids to arrive at the quantity for payment)( For execution of this item Seaparate labour shall be deployed excluding the manpower of itemno 1).

Leading ballast from stocks mentioned at item 02 above,putting into the track and through packing inclusive of all labor supervison and T&P( For execution of this item Seaparate labour shall be deployed excluding the manpower of itemno 1)

Replacement of all types of sleepers (Wodden,PSC,CST-9,Steel trough etc)as jointly identified inclusive of all labor,supervison and T&P etc all complete including return of sleepers at NALCO’s storing point .(Sleepers and fittings will be issued by NALCO free of cost). ( For execution of this item Seaparate labour shall be deployed excluding the manpower of itemno 1) . a)Pre-stressed concrete sleepers

Complete renewal of 90R/52 kg point and crossing 1 in 8. 5 on running track including switches (straight and curved )crossing and lead rail portion ,i.e., removal and laying of sleepers of any type ,fittings ,stretcher bar, check rail etc complete including drawing of materials from NALCO’s store .(Point and crossing and fittings shall be issued free of cost at NALCO’s store)( For execution of this item Seaparate labour shall be deployed excluding the manpower of itemno 1).
