S&F 500 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene 5 layered thermal insulated water storage tank white color (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : PVC tanks shall be ISI marked)

Disconnecting existing tanks, Exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres setting asidee (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position,including Cleaning,removing and wash with potasium permegnet all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregrate laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling undulationations finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for applying cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid As per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

supply only Integral water proofing Liquid (for Item No 41, 59 & 61).

Supplying & applying fiber reinforced UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polyester/ glass fibres after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes , complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L Water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner : - (a) The surface shall be painted with hot paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm. (b) Heavy duty polythene film (white) of 150 micron thickness weighing 135 gms/ Sqm (approx) having tensile strength not less than 140 Kg/Square metre in machine direction and 110 Kg/Sq cm in transverse direction, conforming to IS-2508 shall be laid with overlaps & bonded with cold cutback adhesive, overlaps being not less than 150 mm. Polythene film shall be tucked in parapet wall to a depth of 65 mm as per figure shown in IS-7290. (c) Brown craft paper of weight not less than 100 gms/Sqm laminated over the film with semi hot layer of paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 @ 0.60 Kg/Sqm shall be painted on the paper, paper reversed and pasted on the film. (d) Semi hot paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on the surface and the entire surface shall be dusted with fine sand. (e) 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4shall be obtained after fine sand dusting , when the cement mortar is still green 18-20mm thick marbble crazy pirces shall be spread in regular panel using dividers or marblke strips 18 to 20mm thivk and 50mm wide. The size of panels shall be at 1 to 1.5 m intervals in l;ength and breadth over the entire roof area, leaving joints10 to 15 mm wide . The space for joints shall be filled with cement, marble powder & marble aggregate of 4 to 7 mm size like as cast in situ terrazzo toping. The work of placing , curing and grinding shall be done all as per clause 13.38.4 to 13.38.6 of MES SSR Part-I (f) Covered fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with terrazzo finishiong layer at top of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/chimney/other vertical surface and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade Vg40, conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 Kg per Square metre over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.30 litre per square metre.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces for fixing tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in verticle surface 450x300x 7mm thick, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.(for Kota stone & Green Marble)

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (size not less than 45cmX 45 cm) over cement screed base lad and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 25 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, (300mmx300mm) in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles10 mm thick (square/rectangular)polished area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm in floors(600 mm X 600 mm) etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. ( FOR JCOs & TYPE-III QTRs)

All as per Item No 52 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces ( FOR JCOs & TYPE-III QTRs)

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor(600 mmX 600 mm) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 54 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces

M & L Machine cut Kota stone in one piece 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L Green Marble of work 17-18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following type

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M & L for WPT in sunken floors as described here under:- Sunken floor and sides up to finished floor level shall be plastered with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufactureres instruction . (ii) Preparing plastered surfaces and providing APP polymeric water proofing membrane , minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shatiplas' )Polyster) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or EMW Flate' of M/S Texas India Ltd) at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch , with a over lap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface by removing the existing treatment, complete all as specified an as directed Note :- (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides up to finished floor level. (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. (iii) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or on fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth witout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar in two layer first layer 10 mm thcik in CM 1:6 and top layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 (using Water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : liquid water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as on concerete surface on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6).

M&L for Brickwork with flyashOld size bricks , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4).

M&L for PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm dia Reinforced concrte pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc.) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings,throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood panelled door shutters single panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles(Hollock), prepared to receive glass/gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- S & F Glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply & Spread dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be considered for measurement

M & L for brick sub class ‘B’ old size to be laid over dry sand cushioning in trenches as protection to cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay /fixed on walls GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection of LT Cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay /fixed on walls GI pipe 80 mm dia light grade for protection of LT Cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Making drill hole of suitable size under road for laying pipe line of size 100 mm bore including 100 mm bore HDPE Pipe at 1 meter depth from ground level complete. Note: Drill hole(trenches) shall be done without disturbing top surfaces of road by boring machine.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site. NOTES : (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire. (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.
