MANPOWER SERIVICE TO RGHCL

The Bidder must have provided at least 400personnel read with clause i above on average in three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24. 2024-25 It is further clarified that in order to be eligible for bidding lot, this requirement shall have to be fulfilled separately failing which the bidders bid will be rejected

The bidder as to quote only the service chargers to provide 108 manpower per month

Contractor shall maintain proper records / registers as required under the PF Act, ESI Act, and Contract labour (R&A) Act, Minimum Honorarium Act and other relevant enactments thereon and comply with statutory requirements there under. The records/ registers so maintained shall be produced for verification as and when required by RGHCL, Central / State Government agencies.

Contractor shall issue individual appointment orders furnishing the details of service for which they are engaged and the terms of their employment, including the rate of wage, rate of statutory remittances applicable and so on and shall maintain records therefore, including date of joining and date of relief etc.

Contractor shall maintain the acquaintance register, pay roll register and other relevant particulars of all the personnel deployed under this contract.

The Contractor shall possess the requisite experience and manpower required to discharge its obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. The details of manpower that will be deployed for rendering services under this contract shall be as per the details given by RGHCL in the tender documents and the amendments if any agreed therefore by RGHCL.

Bidder shall have at least 5 years of experience in providing similar man power services of all of the required services 25 out of 31 services to Public Sector Companies Banks, Government Departments, Private Companies. Documentary proof for the same will need to be produced. The bidders should have provided similar services to provide manpower to Government Departments or Government Authorities or Local bodies or Government PSUs or to private companies continuously for at least one year during the last three financial years. Performance certificate from these organizations shall be furnished. Provided that in case of experience to provide personnel as Man Power Agency to Private Companies

The turnover of such a Private Company to whom the Bidder has provided the personnel shall not be less than Rupees Twenty Crores in the last three financial years (this turnover is that of Private Company to whom the bidder provided the personnel on outsourcing basis

Bidder shall comply with all the provisions under Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI/ Health insurance, GST, Minimum Honorarium, and Payment of Honorarium as per Karnataka minimum honorarium, Contract Labour (R&A) and law of the land act etc. Agency will upload all requisite documents

The Satisfactory Service certificate issued by the client including details of manpower outsourced is required for assessing the agency of having supplied 80Percentage of the tendered manpower
