Applying a primer coat (MasterTop P 160) for bonding, followed by a prefabricated SBR rubber mat (4-10 mm thickness) for shock absorption, a self-leveling polyurethane layer (2?4 mm), and a durable, UV-resistant aliphatic polyurethane topcoat (1-2 mm Conipur 860) with anti-slip finish. All materials must comply with international standards such as EN 14904 and DIN 18032-2 and be sourced from ISO 9001 certified manufacturers. Line markings shall be applied as per relevant sport regulations using PU-compatible line paint.
