12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved paint over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper etc. conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P require for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat over a coat of priming an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying Providing ,fitting ,fixing of M.S.Grill / M S Window / MS Door/ M S Gate in position as per approved design and specification including all cost material , labour T & P etc. complt as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer Including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T section no-3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section no-1705 upto 15 micron on walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.
