Roof water proofing including surface preparation & Square 1500.00 all consumable material of approved quality i.e Foot Dr,fixit or equivalent with labour , testing etc. The surface preparation & applicationof water proofing material will include ; " Scrapping completely of old surface and widening of existing cracks of roof surface upto 25-40mm and filling it with Dr, fixit super latex 302 liquid and subsequently with PIDICRETE URP 301 premium 'X' mortar crack paste . The surface is to be coated with super latex one coat and allowed for 4 hours for drying . after then Dr. Fixit prime seal 604 coat has to be applied . After this glass fiber net 45 GSM will be provided on whole area of roof . After this layer of Dr. Fixit roof seal classic (code no 148)coating will be done . the final second coat will be applied after after drying period of six hours over first coat of Dr. Fixit Roof Seal Classic . 1) The surface application will be pre - wetted thoroughly with water & brought to a touch dry state . take up the first coat application with brush . 2) After 5 to 6 hrs after completion of first coat , will do second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first coat .
