M&L 15 Cm thick (7.5 Cm thick compacted thickness) in two layers WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of grading basalt or trap stone spread, Watered , rolled consolidated to gradient and camber required power roller 8 -12 tone complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface o WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0 .2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge wo rks 2013, using mechanica sprayer including cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Premix bituminous, macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by wight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradint and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for providing Bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick compacted with 5.5 % binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete totasl mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete to required camper and gradient complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Solar Light Road studs LED based of size (125x125x25mm ) (Model -DA-110-DHRUV of SINOR ) with Aluminium alloy body and Solar powered by nionocrystal solar panel with one high capacity NI-CD Rechargeable battery and three LED on each side (total six LEDs)fixed with araldite solution /12 mm dia 125 mm long pointed nails as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road marking upto 15 cm width and 2.5mm thick on centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (Hot melted mixture of resins, glass beads, pigments, and fillers) of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B2 1:2:4 using (40mm gradded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:6) in kerb stone with plain fair faces incl necessary excavation if required complete all specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

S & F solar road delineator consisting of 6 LEDs of colour red/yellow housed in aluminium/plastic body. LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor are well protected inside the polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage. System is mounted over 48 mm dia mild steel tube powder coated of length 1000 mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. System is workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours. The same is embeded in ground with 450X450X450m size PCC of 1:2:4 and necessary excavation, the cost of PCC and earth work is deem to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 1000 mm dia Convex Mirror incl installation , bolts, nuts etc incl necessary excavation and PCC 1:3:6 for foundation and 50 mm bore and MS Post 1600 m length for fixing of convex mirror incl painting and taking down old one all as directed by Engr-in - charge..

S&F 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 pipes are laid and jointed complete with collar Concrete bed to 150 mm bore Type C2 1:3:6 drain pipes including forming cradles and including dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar, and taking out of trenches completed all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC of type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggreagte as in surface channel and drains etc,including demolition of existing drains etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
