M&L for dusting, cleaning, washing using causting soda mixed water and scraping to all old paint to be preparing the surface for new painting after removing all incoming and outgoing electric connections of DG set capacity upto 25 KVA, 62.5 to 140 KVA painting using heat resistive paint appllied by spray gun in two coats, over one coat of red oxide primer, complete marking using diffirent colour in standard size of letters and making all connections as per existing complete all as directed by GE. Note :- (i) Colour of paint shall be decided by GE. (ii) DG sets are located at varrious location. (iii) Lower/dark part of surface shall be painting by synthetic enamel paint.

All as per item no 80 above but capacity 320 KVA complete all as directed by GE.

M&L for dismantling/ opening to body parts to be replacing the spaires under overhauling to major parts of DG sets capacity 62.5 to 140 KVA (62.5 -01 ,125 - 02 and 140 KVA- 01 No) inluding re-assembling to all as per exsited after replacing the required spaires complete including testing idel and full load upto satisfiction to accepting authority. Note ;- (i) Required fuel and others shall be provided by deppt. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included Tpt chages site to workshop and back (if required) and other all type of required works at site.

S& F the following spares of DG set capacity 62.5 KVA to 140 KVA all as directed by GE:- (62.5-01, 125- 02 and140 KVA -01 No located A Mess and+ Signal centre+ Zone 3 ) Note : (i) All spares shall be genuine in origional maufactures all per exisiting. Repair / maintenance of radiator by cleaning internally and externally finces using soda water and compresed air and making leak proof by soldering and brazing, including replacement of all the gaskets, damaged copper tubes of suitable size, nuts and bolts etc for 125 to 320 KVA (125 -02 No , 140 KVA - 01 and 320 KVA - 01 No) DG Set all as directed. M&L for rewinding to alternator main stator, exterior rotor and exterior stator capacity 62.5/125 KVA using supper enamelled copper wire in exisiting appropiated gauge complete with insulating matireial, de-assembimg and re-assembling etc incl with following work :- Note:- (i) All essential test as per IS of wounded winding shall be carried out by contractor by authorise authority and two copy of test certificates be submitted to GE for office record. (II) The quoted rate shall be included removing and making all electric and erathing connections ,transpotation charges site to workshop and back , de -assembilng and assembling of items with testing all as per site and directed by GE complete. (iii) DHPP and lubricating oil required for testing will be supplied by the Department. (iv) The rate minor parts such as screw, washer, split ring, circlips and etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Item Continued as serial No 166.1

(a) Dismantling of complete alternator parts without damaging any portion and display all dismantled items for inspection by GE to ascertain the extent of repair involved. (b) Taking out old unserviceable burnt copper wire from the main stator, extrior rotor and extrior statater for re-winding using super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauges and turn. (c) Heating varnishing to field coil and armature with super quality varnish and dried out with external heat unit the insulation resistance to required mega Ohms. (d) Cleaning /washing of DE and NDE bearings with connector terminal end. (i) Supply and fix DE & NDE bearing - 02 Nos., Driet - 06 Nos (ii) Supply and fix connector terminal - 01 Nos. (iii) Supply and fix Carbon bush - 12 Nos. and auto cart pannel board timmer -01 No (e) Cleaning and polishing to slip ring assembly and refix the same in position. (f) Checking tension of spring of carbon bush holder and replace with new spring where necessary.(g) Checking all connections for its correctness and reconnect as per the diagram for smooth functioning. (h) Supply and fix of all carbon brushes of slip ring. (j) Assembling the alternator complete as per the existing and complete with engine with proper alignment. (k) Testing of alternator after repair as per direction of GE to establish satisfactory repair.

M&L for cleaning external surface with cleaning agent including cleaning of radiator coil with mild acid (or caustic soda) and cleaning of fuel tank etc of the following capacities complete including writing SM/MES nos on DG set size of letter shall be 5CM x 5CM of capacity 200/320 KVA all as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB ,4 pole, TPN, 415 volts ,microprocessor based , rated 160 Amps,having repturing capacity 25 KA - 01 No as incomer Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB ,4 pole, TPN, 415 volts ,microprocessor based , rated 125 Amps,having repturing capacity 25 KA - 01 No as incomer Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB ,4 pole, TPN, 415 volts ,microprocessor based , rated 63 Amps,having repturing capacity 16 KA - 01 No as incomer Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCBs , 240 Volts grade , SPN, single pole and neutral link ,"C" curve , 63 Amps Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and repalacing the door hinges of panel/ feeder piller boxes incl cutting/ welding /painting etc all as site required to be making serviceable as per existing and directed by GE.

Supply and fix PVC flexible nylon pipe for fillup deisel in DG set bore of dia 20 mm all as sample given by Deptt and directed.

Supply only distilled (deminralished) water use in battery in a sealed container ISI marked complete Note: Make shall be approved by accepting officer.
