Urgent Repairs to MS Balloons 02 nos. of Watermaster Classic III of Flood Mechanical Division Baramulla.

Dismantling of MS balloon float from the hull/pontoon of Water master Classic III including unbolting of flange connections, disconnecting hydraulic/air lines, removal of clamps, brackets and associated fittings complete for 2 Nos. balloon with the help of Skilled/Manual Labours, Tools and tackles for the completion of work. The job also includes hire Charges of Hydraulic Excavator (3D / JCB / equivalent earth moving machine with operator and fuel) , for loading of dismantled/Damaged balloon 02 No.floats into pvt vehicle to workshop for repair (including transportation cost)

Cutting of existing deteriorated /Worn out bottom half shell along joint circumference with the help of Oxy-acetylene gas cutter ,Skilled Labor ,other tools and tackles.

Providing, fabricating & fixing MS plate (4 mm thick ) for bottom hemispherical shell of balloon float of Hydraulic Watermaster Classic III including cutting to shape, rolling to required curvature (R major = 0.7 m approx. ,R minor =0.4m), edge preparation and fit-up and then Butt welding (single V groove, 60°) of new bottom shell to existing upper hemisphere portion using 7018 electrodes (IS 814), complete for 02 No. Balloons including labour ,tools and tackles ,wastage, etc for the completion of work.

Repairs to Arm of M.S Balloons by way of using gas cutter for cutting rusted plate with the help of skilled labors, other tools & tackles. The job then involves MIG welding to the damaged/ broken areas by using superior quality electrodes, then grinding, finishing etc for its original shape/profile & size. The job then involves using M.S plate of suitable size having thickness 10mm at various damaged/ broken spots to strengthen the Arm of the Balloon .

Removal of rust, foreign contaminants, etc. from balloons, arms with the help of skilled laborers by way of minor denting, scrapping, cleaning, rubbing, chipping and preparing the surface to receive new coat of paint. The job including cost of materials, labour, ladder, etc to complete the job at site as per direction of site Engineer. Painting with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy marine quality enamel coating (Epilux or Similar Grade from other reputed brands) of specified colour as per the direction of site Engineer for the completion of work (15sqm approx)

Shifting back of repaired Balloons 02 No from Workshop to jetty dockyard in Pvt Vehicle and then unloading of same with the help of earth moving machine Re-assembly and re-installation of repaired MS balloon float onto the Watermaster Classic III dredger hull including re-connection of all hydraulic/air lines, re-bolting of flanges with new gaskets, testing of connections for leaks
