Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick / PCC block / stone masonry wall built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 as required for superficial area exc 150 sqcm but not exc 400 sqcm and 15 cm of depth (of cutting), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Kitchen cabinet with shutter complete in required sizes made out of 18 mm thick PVC board with one side decorative and other side white balancing lamination fixed with screws and adhesive, SS screws of 5.5 mm size, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and standard trade practice, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12 here-in-above, but both sides white lamination in CB shelves, partitions, sides, etc.

S&F Stainless steel Magnetic catcher with striking plate fixed with screws, conforming to the sample kept in GE’s office, complete all as specified and as directed.
