M&L for maintenance of complete SCADA SYSTEM of water supply with all Slave panels , PLC panels around 24 places under GE (A) Utility like, greasing and cleaning of actuator,cleaning and checking connection of Magnetic float sensor, cleaning and setting of solenoid valve,cleaning and setting of pressure switch, setting of limit/torque switch, checking and repalcement of minor parts like ferrule/lugs and tighten the loose electrical connection , replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt and key etc and kept record as per format provided in register and put up to Engr-in charge at every month , complete replacement of u/s spare parts shall be measured and paid separately all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Rate of all sunderies item like waste cloth, grease, ferrule/Lugs, nut , bolt , key and tools required for servicing etc shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. if contactor fails to carry out servicing every month an amount of Rs 2500/- month shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor

Taking down carefully after disconnecting electrically to UNSV electric motor single phase of Electromechanical valves of size 300mm. Sytrip opening of motor replacement of complete winding with existing size super enamelled copper winding wire, replacement of bearing of NDE/ DE as per state , reassembling and testing upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
