| 11). Removing the under mentioned UNSV/broken components of furniture article(s) without damaging the adjacent part,Supply and fixing following mentioned parts as per size and shape shown on drg in the existing place with standard workmanship to make the item complete in all manner:- 2) All furniture items is to be painted /polished only after making the entire item intact by tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing every part in-tact including polishing/painting the entire article with standard workmanship and as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. 3). Work will be executed in officers married accomodation after BR and EM welcome maintenance to make good and restore the furniture in original state by carrying out necessary repair,painting and polishing. 4). All Timber shall be of 1st class fully seasoned hard teak wood free from knots and cracks. 5). All replacement of prelaminated particle board shall be done with exterior grade Prelaminated MDF boards of equal thickness confirming to IS-14857. 6). Plywood shall be BWR grade-AA of approved make/brand and shall confirm to IS-303. 7). All other material to be incorporate in the work shall be of latest IS standard specification. 8). Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before polishing the wooden item. | |||||
