Provision of work station at 1st floor NTA office spacs NSIC MDBP building ,Okhal New delhi-110020

Providing and placing panel and tile–based modular workstation with 52.4 mm thick partitions and

1200 mm height, including powder-coated aluminium trims. The workstation shall consist of a

combination of top tiles such as fabric magnetic tiles, fabric tackable tiles, and glass tiles on both

front and back, with metal tiles used as bottom tiles. Intermediate blocks shall be in DL+DL finish.

Cable management shall be provided through cable ducts from junction boxes, routed up to the

panels through concealed conduits inside the blocks. The system shall include metal powder-

MR-1 coated legs at the ends and in shared conditions, along with 120 mm high powder-coated Nos 80.00 18,500.00

standalone panel legs for an elevated appearance. The workstation shall have 23 mm fins with top

fabric tile, intermediate pre-laminated blocks, and bottom metal tile, while the worktop shall be

made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated board. Providing and fixing toughened coloured

glass/lacquered glass for the transaction partition, fixed with approved make D-brackets, with all

glass edges machine polished. Providing key board trey of appropriate size. All other finishes shall

be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and installing drawer boxes of size 585 mm height, 390 mm width, and 500 mm depth.

The top, front, and sides shall be made out of 25 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, Grade II &

Type II (IS 12823:1990; Reaffirmed 2005), finished with 0.8 mm thick laminate. The back and

drawer bottom shall be made of 6 mm thick particle board finished with 0.8 mm thick laminate. The

unit shall consist of 2 drawers of minimum 120 mm height each and 1 filing drawer of minimum

MR-2 275 mm height, provided with 4 nos. 10 mm high nylon spacers. The drawer box shall include a Nos 80.00 8,500.00

single key lock mechanism, SS telescopic channels, handles, and all necessary heavy-duty high-

performance fixtures, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
