Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 110KV Metering CTs at FACT- CD Switch Yard.

Disconnection and removal of 110kV Current Transformers (CT). The scope of work include disconnection of ACSR conductors, Earth Strip/ Cables, Control cables, connection bolts, etc., and safe removal of 110kV CTs from existing mounting structure using necessary lifting equipments and tools. The scope also includes lifting and transportation of the disconnected CTs to scrap yard/store after taking weighment in FACT's weighbridge as indicated by Engineer in Charge. Tools required for the completion of work, Crane, vehicle for transportation, necessary skilled manpower, lifting tools, belt, rope, sling, wooden sleepers, etc., are under the scope of the contractor.

Erection and site connection of new 110 kV CTs. The scope of work includes loading, safe handling, transportation & unloading of new 110KV Crompton Greaves make CTs from FACT-CD Main Store to 110KV switch yard at FACT CD. Erection of new 110KV CT above the existing mounting structure by using appropriate hot dipped GI nut, bolt and washer, Re-connection of ACSR conductors, earth strip/ cables, control cables, etc, The work shall be carried out as per the direction of the site in charge. Hardwares & tools required for the completion of work, Crane, vehicle for transportation, necessary skilled manpower, lifting tools, belt, rope, sling, wooden sleepers, etc., are under the scope of the contractor.

Testing of new 110 kV metering CTs. The scope of work includes conducting Ratio error test, phase angle error test, IR value and tan-delta measurement of new CT's by NABL accredited lab and submitting test report of the same. The test shall be conducted before the commencement of works detailed in Sl. No. 1 & 2.
