Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stone walls,/facia of roof Chajjas,roof projection,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials including cover plaster from RCC structural member i.e. beams, columns, lintel, chajja, fins, facia etc. of any thickness including tapering all edges, cleaning of exposed concrete surface and applying a layer of thick cement slurry with and including 20mm thick plaster in in two layers, first dubbing layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and after drying a 5mm thick plaster in cement mortor (1:3) finishing the edges, corner etc even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of two coats of smart care damp block 2k slurry by brush or roller on brick surface (2nd coat shall be applied after 4-6 hours of Ist coat) to at the rate of 0.72Kg/Sqm/coat with and including 15mm thick plaster in two layers, first 10mm in CM (1:4) and second layer 5mm in CM (1:3) as setting coat, trowelled to even and smooth on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster from walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be paid seperately)

M&L 5mm thick rendering in ceiling of cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash to newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall putty to newly plastered surface including preparation of surfaces and chalk whitening on surfaces, preparatory to distembering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floor, aprons,dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut pre polished Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in floor/ treads of steps (single piece) laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6), set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut pre polished Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick (single piece) as in risers to steps, skiting/dado, pillars, window cills and the like, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marble shade over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc ) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thick ness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling (grid size 605 x 605mm) fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to timber /GI/ Aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of interior wall by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey.The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M & L 50 mm +/- 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed withliquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete / mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M & L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm each coat over APP membrance. Note :- 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.) Note :- The quoted rate for Srl item No 82 above shall be deemed to be included the quoted rates for Srl item No 83.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
