Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of motor using appropriate means of transport like Load carrier upto a lead of 25 Km per trip.
Complete rewinding of 3-phase 1440 RPM 40HP vertical motor by standard specific gauge of copper wire required for 40HP motor. Approximate wt. 22kgs.
Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
Deduct cost of old scrap extracted from the equipment. (90% or as per actual).
