Satisfactorily completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of Data Entry Operator, Gardner, Watchman, Sweeper and Attender on Manpower Services of value not less than Rs.50.00 Lakhs in last three years (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies)from 2020-21 to 2024-25

Satisfactorily completed, in at least one financial year in last three years Providing Services of total 30 No s Manpower at least minimum 6 categories from the below mentioned staff. 1) Drivers 2) Data Entry Operators and 3) D-groups 4)Gardner 6)Sweeper, 7) Attender (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/Central Government/State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies) from 2020-21 to 2024-25.

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities

Provident fund (PF) Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) (Capacity Labour is should have be 30 Nos)

ESI department Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

GST Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Annual financial turnover of Rs.50.00 lakhs should be achieved in at least two financial years in last three years (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant with profit loss statement with UDIN Number) from 2020-21 to 2024-25
