Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.at any floor all as specified.

M&L for plaster 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using liquid WPC over and including 12mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement at any floor complete all as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed

Dismanting 100mm dia cast iorn pipes jointed in cement mortar fixed on walls including all fittings such as bands straps etc complete,all as specified.

Dismanting 75mm dia cast iorn pipes or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar fixed on walls including all fitting such as bands straps etc complete,all as specified.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls,all as specified.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls,all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal,all as specified.

Chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC column, beam, flights, landing, railing and slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete upto 4th storey high and labour charges for dumping the debris within a radius of 100 meters as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) or Amandur, (Manufactured by GK Technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding cost of brush etc complete upto 4th storey high all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcements after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one square meter area including the cost of all materials rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint brush complete upto 4th storey high,all as specified.

Supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and cost of painting brushes etc complete upto 4th storey high, all as specified.

M&L for providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials rent of all accessories and tools, scaffolding and supporting materials, labour charges including the cost of steel bars complete all as specified.

Supply & provisioning Renderoc RG non-shrink cementitious micro concrete (max 120 mm thick) (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) to any thickness for beam and column. Fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, and labour charges, water tight formwork etc. all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified.

M & L complete removal shrubs , vegetation ,roots etc, weeding out plants / bushes including roots from the chajjah, roof , celing & wall surface of entire building and applying weedicide, (Imazethapyr 10% SI or equivalent) around area of the roots & bushes removed and making good the disturbed surface if required, complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of algae, mosses, fungus, and loosely adhered dust efflorescense etc by scraping using nylon/jute/wire brushes/scrapper blades and complete removal of existing treatment with sanding machines and finally washing the prepared surface with high pressure water jets before application of any treatment and surface allowed to dry upto 4 storey height all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

-Ditto - all as per item No 21 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 21 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc. Upto 5mm by making "V" groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with ready to use crack fillers of approved make (fosroc or equivalent) all as specified and allowed to dry, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 24 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 24 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M &L for treating holes, cracks etc. more than 5mm upto 10mm, by making "V" groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with cement and sand aggregate mixture developed with polymer modified mortar (PMM) with suitable poymers like Home shield crack fill paste, Home shield advance latex plus and home shield cement mi plus and allowed to dry, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 27 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 27 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc. more than 10mm and upto 40mm, and filling the cracks by using fiexible, 2 pack, polysulphide sealant like Berger home shield joint seal GG/PG and allowed to dry, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 30 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 30 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for acrylic wall care putty in 2 coats ,not less than 1mm thick on external walls complete upto 4 storey height,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for application of one coat of primer with sealant properties using “Seal – O - Prim” or “weather coat exterior primer “ complete and allowed to dry overnight to receive first coat of emulsion paint, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 36 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 36 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for applying first coat of exterior emulsion paint on primed wall surfaces using rollers made from form or synthetic fibres to get a tint free surface upto 4th storey height complete and allowed to dry for atleast 8 hours/ overnight to receive second coat of emulsion paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 39 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 39 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for applying second coat of exterior emulsion paint on wall surfaces using rollers made from form or synthetic fibres to get a tint free surface upto 4th storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto - all as per item No 42 here-in-above but work at 5th to 8th storey height.

-Ditto - all as per item No 42 here-in-above but work at 9th to 12th storey height.

M & L for preperation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete as directed. Note for all items :- a) Rates quoted against sl No 1 to 20 are for any height upto twelve storey s and including necessary scaffolding etc. as required b) Item No 19 & 33 to 44 shall be executed by manufacturer’s agent for which manufacturer and contractor will give seperate guarantee for 5 years.
