Supply of 1 mtr Extended angel bracket. Angel must be 25x25x4 mm size. It should be in L shape and the extended length should be of 1 meter. The material used should be hot galvanized.

32 mm. HDPE pipe (ISI Marked), having minimum density of 0.955 g/cm3 & thickness of 2.8 – 3.5 mm . with all required articles, accessories such as double nail press fit wall clips, C – clamps, couplers, elbows etc.

50 mm. GI conduit pipe (Thickness: 3.6 mm.) with proper thread coupling, fittings & accessories.

6 meter tubular pole with base plate & top cap. (ISI Marked, IS-1239)(Wall Thickness: 5.4 mm, outer Diameter: 5½ inches) along with earth spike grounding rod of 4 feet X 20 mm. and 4mm copper wire. The poles and accessories shall must be made up of Mild steel and hot dipped galvanized.

Description of other services

Fixation of 1 no. of Dome camera inside security kiosk, 24 nos. of bullet camera on pole and 16 nos. of bullet camera on wall.

Fixation of Poles by civil work and Earthing of the poles by earth spike grounding rod of 4 feet X 20 mm dia. GI rod and 4 mm copper wire. Concrete foundation will be of 450 mm. x 450 mm. x 1500 mm. (W x D x H) by a mixture of cement: sand: stone chips = 1:1:2 ratios. Above the ground level it must be round shape. All required materials for the above civil work shall be supplied by the contractor. (See the Scope of Work).

Road cutting, hard soil/ ground digging of D X W = 900 mm. x 300mm. for cable laying work and restoration up to the road level. Bricks, cement, sand, stone chips shall have to be supplied by the contractor for this job. (See the Scope of Work).

Soft soil digging of D X W = 900 mm. x 300 mm. and restoration up to the ground level.

Lying of CAT 6 Cable on wall or cable tray or through HDPE & GI pipe.

Lying of 50mm GI pipes.

Installation of 1 mtr Extended angel bracket on pole or wall for fixing camera with complete accessories. (10 nos angle on pole and 5 nos angle on wall).

Testing and Documentation of Penta scanning or cable connectivity test .Documentation of project.
