Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre Open Area - From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounges at old GMC 1.The Red Carpet Area should have artistic concept in the open area with suitable Art Décor with properly masked whenever required and there should not be any unfinished/ exposed areas which will spoil the look of the overall Décor. 2. Complete Lighting of Art Décor Installations, Red Carpet Area, and Sufficient Spot Lights as per the Red Carpet proposal. 3. Red Carpet of 5.00 mm thickness a) with M.S frame and wooden platform of height 0.6ft of size 99 ft x 12 ft (b) From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounge (64 ft x 8ft) 4. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area with Mechanism to restrict public movement across the red carpet during red carpet event using. 5. Providing Seating arrangements with an artistic design in sync with the festival theme for 50 people to maintain social distancing. The arrangement should have suitable overhead cover complimenting weather conditions. Design will be finalised by ESG. (same will be retained by ESG). 6. Queue Managers – 24 Nos. 7. Sufficient Lighting of the entire Red Carpet Area suitable for photography and photo opp opportunity on the red carpet with suitable frame. 8. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre entrance gate. a) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side) b) Horizontal Beam on top of the entrance gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing – 1 No. c) Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations. 9.Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Building – Opp ESG Multiplex Theatre (Main Red Carpet) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side), with complete lighting of the Art Décor installations. 10. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location. 11.Providing weather proof artistic canopy/help desk of height of 8ft and width 10ft of suitable material with base as required to ensure stability and wind pressure, complete with lighting , Plug points, Fans/coolers, Table, 2 chairs, interlocking arrangement and proper branding. Each canopy shall be of 3 mts in length. 12. Total of 30 nos shall be provided with partition and suitable branding as per the overall theme. (same will be retained by ESG). Placement will be finalise by ESG Note: If the Agency fails to hand over the items to be retained by ESG, the total amount of the job will be deducted from the final bill.

Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at Main Red carpet entry from ESG Multiplex Parking to Inox Multiplex (Main Red Carpet Entry). 1.The Vendor has to design the Art Décor at Red Carpet Entrance and the complete Red Carpet Entrance should be nicely designed, installations of Peacocks, Award Type structure or similar structure etc., clearly depicting 54th IFFI, Goa. 2. Complete lighting of Art Décor Installations and Red Carpet Entrance Area. 3.Queue Managers on both the sides of the Red Carpet – 20 nos. 4. Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness with suitable platform. 5. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area. 6. Star Matt Flex Printing of size 37 ft 5 inches x 8 ft with suitable frame with backlit lighting (Art Work to be proposed by Vendor) 7. Media Platform with 3 level platform risers to accommodate 100 media persons at the Red Carpet. 8. 3 ‘D’ Art Décor installation “IFFI Logo” at Red Carpet Car drop off zone – 1 no. with complete lighting of Art Décor Installation. 9. Providing creative wall/Masking from ESG Multiple Parking Entry Gate to Red Carpet Entry.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at Maquinez Palace (ESG office). 1. Entrance Design complementing the façade of the building using two 3D Installations. 2. Red Carpet with 5 mm thickness from Maquinez Palace Art Décor installation to Auditorium No. 1 & 2. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of Red Carpet – 60Nos. 4. Adequate lighting of the entire Art Décor installations and at Red Carpet as proposed by vendor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Maquinez Lawns, ESG Entrance Gate Lawn, ESG Office Open Area, Festival Hotel or any other suitable location (on various themes (IFFI, India, Goa , Cinema etc,) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. (4 or More designs).

Customized Podium with masking, printing and branding. (Art Work to proposed by vendor) The locations of the podium will be finalized by ESG.

ESG Hoarding Mounting & Pasting

DELEGATE REGISTRATION COUNTER: Installation of a temporary German aluminum clear spam marquee in size 10mts X 10mtrs X 6mtrs ht in the centre and 4 mtrs height on the sides will be placed at the ESG Main Gate from 09th Nov to 28th Nov 2024 (20 Days). The above said area should be divided into two parts. 1) The 7.31mts X 10mtrs area inside the gate should be used for creating a delegate registration/ merchandise store center with a total of 7counters for registration with three pin 5/15 amp plug points for computers, printers and lights with counter stools and the second section will be a merchandise store in size 5mtrs x 5mtrs. The complete area must have a locking facility and provided with 1.5 ton AC in the back office and a 3 ton tower AC at the delegate registration desk. 2. Providing a high counter top in MDF with printing on vinyl to cover facia of counter. Each counter will have an entry and exit ‘Q” and cue managers need to be arranged accordingly to achieve the same. Behind the counter a 12 feet wall need to be created including the sides of the tent on both sides for branding as per design approx. 36x 12 feet backdrop behind the counter. 3. The front of the delegate office will be covered using wooden frame and flex printed design with a glass door of 7 x 3 feet in the centre and sides covered. 4. A total of 2000 square feet will need to be flex printed on frame and accordingly placed to cover the sides of the tent on the top facia in front including panels as described as above. The peacock designs however will need to be created using foam with 1 inch raised embossed effect and stuck in flex as per concept design. The flex needs to be mounted on frame with full ply back for this purpose. Four 49 inch LED TVs to be wall mounted on front facia as per design and scale with provision for USB to play back multiple video formats including movie trailers and screen information. Content to be sourced from ESG. However, it is the responsibility of the production company to edit as directed by ESG and create one long loop that will have to be handled by the production company from 10.00 am to 10:00 pm. All power cabling and sockets to power the LED should be concealed. Note: • The Entire setup shall be through Silent DG Set from 8.am to 8 pm. No power connection will be provided by ESG. • The production agency will have to recce the venue to ensure site conditions & reconfirm all measurements before beginning fabrication. • All colours and their specifications need to be approved by ESG.

Providing Street Décor from Divja Circle to Kala Academy.

Description: A total of 03 types of pole pennants with different artistic concept of minimum size 6’ X 3’ with suitable frame/support as required to ensure stability to be placed on 96/poles/trees stretching from Divja Circle to Kala Academy. The bottom of every pole pennant must be of clear height of 16 feet from the ground to avoid inconvenience to high vehicles and firmly secured including lighting for each Pole Pennants.

Providing Artistic, Conceptualized Self- standing sign boards, single sided to ensure stability and wind pressure of size 6’ x 3’ as per requirement of ESG (same will be retained by ESG). Note: If the Agency fails to hand over the items to be retained by ESG, the total amount of the job will be deducted from the final bill.

The cost towards the lighting and all other charges must be included by the vender and no additional charges shall be paid as per the design proposed.

Road Installations

Providing Stage, trussing, Sound &Lights as detailed below: Stage measuring 48 feet x 36 feet x 5 feet height, duly black masked on all three sides with grey carpeting. Box Truss admeasuring 52 feet x 36 feet with FOH of 10 feet to be placed over stage platform. 4 moving heads, 20 parcans& 40 LED pars will be required in addition to house lights. 4 Pa system with line array on both sides consisting of 8 subs and 4 line arrays on each side with a wattage of 40000. A 3 feet high riser will have to be created on stage in size 48 x 4 feet for LED screen of 48 x 12 feet. The LED screen of 48 x 12 feet will need to be minimum 4.8 pitch or finer. Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations as required from 21st to 28th November 2024.

Fabrication & erection of Food Stalls / Handicraft Stalls. The stall size will be 10 feet depth and 10 feet height on left and right side duly flex on both sides of the frames which is the inner wall and the outer wall. The backwall will be 10 feet height x 10 feet width with one side flex and the back side black masked. The roof will need to be slanted from 10 feet high back wall to the front 10 feet wall with flex on both sides of frame. A table of 6x2 feet and 2.5 feet high will need to be provided and to be masked on front and one side in 6 feet width x 3 feet height. The stall will need to be carpeted with grey or blue colour. Each stall will have 2 chairs, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 dustbin, Pedestal Fan, One 15/5 amp power socket and one tube light The location will be finalized in consultation with ESG.

Common Kitchen area with tin sheets covered on top and side with continues water arrangement for entire period.

Cultural Programme from 21st to 28th November 2024 of 3hrs duration.and Mob Dances for alternate days i.e. 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th November 2024

Seating: 70 round tables with 4 feet diameter duly covered with frills having 6 plastic chairs also duly covered with white cloth and bows (500 chairs) to be placed on the ground.

Providing Barricading as detailed below: Black cloth barricading will have to be provided on all three sides . A total of 1200 running feet of 10 feet high barricading using metal poles (not bamboo).

LIGHTING INVENTORY FOR THE VENUE including complete Installations: Description: General lighting on Towers – Four towers at height of 28 feet to be placed on either side of venue with 40 halogens of 1000 watts and 10 metal halide lamps on each tower. Tower dimensions are 7 x 4 feet.

Providing Green New Matting on entire Ground to be fixed tight with old matting underneath for a clean look. Total sq feet required is 40,000 sqft.
