Taking down carefully storage type water heater of 25/35/50 litres capacity (Geyser) after disconnecting inlet/outlet/vent pipes, electric/earth connections etc cleaning of the body inlet/outlet/vent pipes, stop valve, non return valves etc leakage arresting of inner copper/steel tank by weilding/brazing etc reassembling the geyser by replacing gaskets worn out nuts washetrs etc refixing the same in position by replacing mounting bolts and nuts reconnecting all inlet/outlet/vent pipes electric/earth connections and carrying out testing for proper functioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Non return valve ,stop valve, bib tap/ PVC connection /Copper connections cable , glass wool , element, thermostat , storage tank, geyser assembly , indicator etc shall be measured separately.

Supply and replace heating element 1.5/2.0 Kilo Watt Capacity of storage type water heaters of compatible type including making all connections by replacing inter connecting copper conductor cables and removal of old unserviceable elements all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Usha/Havell's/Bajaj/Racold/Daspass.

Supply & fix thermostat 7 Inch/11 Inch as per site suitability for 25/35/50 litre capacity storage type water heater including removal of old unserviceable ones all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Usha/Bajaj/Daspass.

S&F fusible plug pressure type as approved by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix air release cum safety cum non return valve suitable for Geysers of size 15mm including removal of old one complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Zoloto/Leader/Bajaj.

S&F in replacement, Geyser SS assembly for housing Heating element, 6/8/9 Holes type suitable for 25/35/50 ltr for storage type Geyser , as per sample. complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Usha/Bajaj/Daspass.

Repair to existing inner tank of Geyser of any capacity by means of soldering, rubbing, brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors of size including all accessories such as tee,bend,elbow,and union etc taking down the existing pipes and connections including making good to disturbed surface of wall and match with the existing one (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring concealed conduit with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of massinory including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit MMS fixed in wall including 6 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply of taflon tape PTPE 12 mtrs long and 19 mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Bituminuous tape 100 mm wide and 20 mtr long Heavy duty, as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for faster and screws all as per sample as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 20mm bore pipe for Hot water pipe 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanized, with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc and threading, cutting etc duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding, jointed and laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls/roofs etc, complete including taking down old pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
