The tenderers shall submit a copy of the certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with the bid are true and factual. The standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-K. Nonsubmission of the above certificate by the bidder shall result in the summarily rejection of his/their bid. Company registered under Companies Act- 1956: The Bidder shall submit copies of the MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Articles of Association) of the Company; and Power of Attorney duly registered/notarized by the company (backed by the resolution of the Board of Directors) in favor of the individual, signing the Bid on behalf of the Company.
