ARC for Hygienic Cleaning of Main Plant Building and its Common Auxiliary Buildings of both Unit-I&II, 2x300 MW, DCRTPP, HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar (For FY 2026-27).: Cleaning, Sweeping and removal of garbage from main plant building in floors at all levels and control rooms, engineers rooms equipment rooms, C&I lab, battery rooms, environmental lab, documentation rooms and cabins in the above area and detail as per drawing/scope specified in the specification. The scope of work also includes cleaning, sweeping & removal of garbage from the various other common auxiliary buildings i.e. Compressor House, CW Pump House, Chlorination Building, Clarified Water Pump House, Chemical House, DG set Building, Day Oil Tank Area Pump house, DM Plant Building, ESP Control Room Unit-I&II, Fuel Oil Unloading Pump house, CW Treatment Building, Air Transport Compressor House & collection tank, Ash Water Pump House, Ash slurry Pump House, Ash Water recovery pump house at Ash, Raw water Pump House, Intake water pump house at WYC, Switchyard control Room, Workshop Building, Roof of Control Room Unit-I&II, Roof at 18m, Roof at 25m, TG Floor Roof at 33m and Roof of all auxiliary buildings (list of sites as per Annexure-V) inclusive of minimum Consumables as per Annexure-VII
