Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron (DI) Spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 150mm bore (ISI marked) conforming to IS : 8329-2000 with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends with push on joints with & including EPDM rubber gasket laid in trenches in any length including taking out existing U/S pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for making header made out of ERW pipe 300mm dia nominal bore 7.1mm thick heavy duty confirming to IS 3589 including necessary fabrication, cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for providing incoming and Outgoing pipe connection including painting on outer side of ERW pipe with applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonnary with full brick wall chamber size of 900x900x900mm internal diemension with earth work on any type of soil , PCC M-10 type C-2 as in foundation , brick work in CM1:4, 15mm thick plaster in CM1:4 internaly and externally , flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds , 75mm thick PCC coping all around (M-15 with 20mm aggregate ) , flooring shall 40mm thick PCC M-15 (Nominal Mix ) laid over 75mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of PVC 5mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6mm with two numbers of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as per TD Drg No.TD/A/169 Sht No. 1/1 all as specified and directed.
