Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified.

All as per Sl item No 2 above but except bricks Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused in the work after cleaning.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundations, etc. or manholes, pier holes,etc.not exc. 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1.5Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware,AC or reinfored concrete) set in cement mortar including demolition of concrete bed and haunching all as specified.

All as above as per item No 9.00 but 450mm dia.

M&L for 150mm internal bore dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed and testing complete all as specified and directed.

As per Sl item No 11 above item but 450mm dia.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore NP-3 pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Note: NP pipe will be measured and paid for separately.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under, and completely surrounding against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 450 mm bore NP-3 pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Note: NP pipe will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mixture of fine sand and saw dust in 1:1 ratio as filling for firing butt of small arm range including spreading and levelling in required shape at any height upto 5.00 mtr from natural ground level complete alll as specified and directed. Note : Filling of mixture shall be carried out after every three months or on required basis which ever is earlier.

Supply and filling fine sand in and including HDPE bag of size 84cmx36cm confirming to IS-6192-1994 including laying on top firing butt of small range or where as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bailing out (dewatering) of water, sewage (sludge), liquid, semi-liquid and solid suspended contents and floating matters of filteration bed of size 149.7mx62.20m (double chammber) with mechanical pumping by plugging inlets as required, desluding and getting out mud/sludge/silt/clay/sand/grit etc and all other foreign particles material, grass, bushes, vegetation etc and removing upto a distance of 1.5KM and deposited where directed in borrow pits and covering the burried pits with 15cm thick layer of earth/soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and making oxidation pond fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Notes : (a) Working in foul conditions. After dewatering, sewage system shall be alllowed to dry. (b) Sewage/sullage shall be removed in closed containers mounted on vehicle. (c) Work shall be carried out as and when required and paid accordingly. Therefore Condition 46 of IAFW-2249 is not applicable.

Welding in repairs of patch work of independent defected member of angle, tee, channel, flat iron section as in existing arrangement on top of traverses & top of blast pen roof (height not less than 6.00 M) for holding the IR net including fixing, tightening of GI wire and making it fully service able for operational complete all as directed.

4mm dia plain galvanised mild steel wire class 3 in detached work including fixing to straining bolts, hooks, eyes etc. for hanging the IR nets at height not less than 6.00 M. (each line of wire to be measured separately) as in repairs complete all as specified. (Note: Nut & bolt shall be measured & paid separately)

All as per item No 19.00 above but refixing using old wire including Restraining and rescuing and making good staples etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repair for MS galvanised punched tape razor blade concentina coil of 1000mm dia coil fixed with any type of angle and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for MS galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossigs with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Fixing only in repair including restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc gavanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm specuring or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts ( Wood Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. Note :- Embedded portion to be measured and paid.removal of rubbish outside Mod land.

Removing the man hole cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of man hole rectangular/circular of any depth and aleating/opening of blockage in 100mm/150mm bore pipe line with manual labour or by mechanical means at contractors descreation, making it fully fuctional to entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge and fixing the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- length of pipe line only shall be measured and paid. 2. Cleaning manhole including dewatering & removal of sludge shall deemed to be included in quoted retes. 3. Working in foul condition.

Removing the cover (CI or RCC/opening any type and balling out (dewatering) of water sewage (sludge),liquid semi liquid mud, silt, clay sand and all other foreign organic material and soild suspended contents and floating matters inside the septic tanks, soakage wells, sewage plants/sumps of any size and depth and any capacity by mechanical pumping by plugging inlets as required de-sludging and getting out, removing, including carrying it out side the defence/cantonment area upto distance of 1.5Km deposited where directed and making sewage system such as septic tank, soakage well sewage plants/sumps fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and refixing the manhole covers in its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1 working is in foul conditions. 2. Sewage/sludge shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle outside the MOD land. 3. Work shall be carried out as and when required. 4. Work shall be carried out only when contractor or his accredited rep is present at site to provide the safety equipment and ensure the saftey of the workers engaged.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each, getting out in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Hand rails, half round post and struts in fencing including cutting tops, drilling holes etc: flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting and riverting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

All as above as per item No 29.00 but fixing only. Note:- (Serviceable steel shall be reused as obtained from dismantling)

Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlaged and jagged or lewised complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bed block for fixing posts and as in coping complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc complete all as directed.

80mm thick machine pressed pre-cast (cement) concrete interlocking paver block with Grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006, M-40 Grade and laying over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified.

All as above as per item No 35.00 but except paver block (Serviceable paver block shall be reused as obtained from item dismantling)

S&F in repair 100mm mild steel CP grating fixed to weep holes of RCC wall complete with two or more rawl plug/screws, making good the adjusment surfaces with CM 1:3 all as specified.

M&L for crumple joints in RCC wall filling with filler board inclduing covering with 1mm thick aluminium strip 150mm wide fixing with PVC rawl plug @ 1.00m C/C zig zag both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Easing adjusting straightening of members and repairs/welding greasing etc to steel gate of area exc 3.00 Sqm but not exc 5.00 Sqm each leaf for noise less operation complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (uning 40mm graded aggregate) as in floorings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded store aggregates as in landings, manhole cover slab and similar work and set in cement mortor 1:4 including use of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required including cranling, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia as specified.

All as per Sl item No 46 above but 6 to 8mm dia bar

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
