REPAIR AND CLEANING OF MAN HOLES, SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK AND SOAKAGE WELL AT AF STAION BHOWALI.

Amount

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mounts of circulating pipes etc. capacity of tanks exc. 250 Ltr and nexc. 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per items No 01 above but capacity of tanks exc. 500 ltr and nexc. 1000 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches nexc. 1.50m deep and nexc. 1.50m wide getting out in any type of soil, all as directed.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware,AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar 150 mm dia).

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of the drain pipes including packing under and hunching against side of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed for 150mm dia pipes. (pipe will be measured separately)

M&L Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150mm dia graded 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified (Excavation earth work and bedding shall be measured separately).

Returning, filling in spreading watering and well ramming in layer nexc. 25 cm in any type of soil all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc. 1.5 K M and n.exc. 5.00 KM depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.50 M above the starting point all as directed.

Dismentling/removal of damaged pre cast cover slab (cement concrete reinforcement/un-reinforcementof any size complete all as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in Manholes cover slab all as directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) Set in Cm (1:4).

S&F TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally hooking end and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above item but 6 to 8mm dia.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including quoins arches pillars etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in cm (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous china ware pedestal type water closet white, with 'P' or 'S' trap including connection to drain or out going pipe and to flushing pipe including Plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with recessed bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as directed.

S&F in repair water closet Orissa pattern white with integral foot rest 580mm x 440 mm including L bend, & PCC bedding in 1:2:4 and making good disturbed floor connecting to trap and flush pipe compete all as specified.(Rate of including in taking out and removal of old WC seat unhygienic condition).

S & F in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity valve less symphonic action type low level complete with inlet valve handles incl brackets, chromium plate brass flush pipe 32 mm dia PVC connection and incl taking down old high level cistern comp all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line of any size and section below ground level by mechanical or manual operation all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the sewage septic tanks of 50 users any size and depth by de-watering and getting out the sludge/decompose scum (MALVA) and foreign material by adequate capacity mechanical motar pump of close containar of municipal corporation /owened vehical and Burring the Malva/foriegn material out side the defence land in the trenches in incl excavation in any type of soil & refilling with & incl spreading of bleaching powder @ 2kg /sqm of surface area of dump complete all as specified & as directed.by EIC.

Cleaning of manholes upto 0.9m depth by de-watering and getting out the sludge and foreign materials and removing the same out side the defence land all as directed (Rate also included plugging to manhole & removing the plug after cleaning).

M&L for cleaning the sewage soakage wells of 2.40m dia and 3.00m depth and by de-watering by adequate capacity mechanical motar pump of close containar of municipal corporation owned vehical and Burring the material out side the defence land in the trenches in incl excavation in any type of soil & refilling with & incl spreading of bleaching powder @ 2kg /sqm of surface area of dump complete all as specified & as directed.by EIC.

-Ditto- all as per item No 26 here-in-before but 1.80m dia and 3.00 m depth.

Cleaning of gully trap of any size and depth by dewatering and getting out foreign material sludge etc. and removing out side exc. 50 M apart including CI/SWG pipe of any dia from gulley trap to 1st man hole of bldg complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth good to pipe complete to match with the existing works all as specified and directed for 150mm dia pipe

S&F in repairs cast iron floor trap with mild steel CP grating incl jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-I (1:2:4) 75 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces etc complete as in sunken portion etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type E2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass aggregate complete as specified and directed.

M&L for polythene film black 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3-0.5 Kg/Sqm.complete as specified and directed.

M&L 32 mm tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors as in spouts.

M&L for of glazed ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x300-350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes etc in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections including clearing for refixing or removal to store.

Supplying and laying of 20 mmm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

M & L for cutting chases, pining in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc, and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cuting n exc 10cm girth in brick walls.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore CP Bib taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 15mm bore angle valve with wall flange , cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed for 15 mm iron pipe, complete all as specified.

Note : - The amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of BOQ quoted by the tenderer to arrive at the contract sum.
