Dismantling of Plain or corrugated asbestos sheet any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings sheets complete all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified

Supply and fix structural steelwork in square/rectangular hollow sections using ERW or induction butt-welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 / IS 4923 Grade St-240 / YSt-240, in tubular trusses, purlins, runners, and rails at all heights and levels, comprising: mechanical descaling and surface cleaning at workshop; precision cutting, mitring, and welding conforming to IS 816 / IS 9595; providing gussets, cleat angles, and base plates; applying one shop coat of zinc chromate primer conforming to IS 104 prior to dispatch; hoisting, erecting, and securing rigidly in position, complete all as specified. (Note: Steel hollow sections shall conform to IS 1161 / IS 4923 [Grade St-240 / YSt-240], welding electrodes to IS 814, welding practice to IS 816 / IS 9595, and zinc chromate primer to IS 104. Rates include workshop surface cleaning, cutting, mitring, welding, gussets/cleats, one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, hoisting, staging, and erection at all heights. . Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 20 mm thick (10mm+10mm) plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface top layer finished even and fair without using extra cement with water proofing compound (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for plastering in cement mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick on brick /surfaces of other than fair face even and smooth without using extra cement.of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified
