Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement; four sand; eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like. Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level.with cement mortar 1:4. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Coloured anodised aluminium frames for door, window and ventilator and glazing partition extrusion section of Jindal/ Hindalco as per approved shade for door, window ,ventilator and partition with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade accordingly to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips , necessary filling up of gaps and junctions at top , bottom and sides with required with PVC / neoprene filles etcetra aluminium section shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium, snap beeding for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per approved specifications, drawing and design including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
