d) Removing old U/S Leg and S & F new Leg of Almirah Large Steel as shown in drg.

e) Removing of U/S shelves and supply and fix new shelves all as shown in drg.

f) Removing old U/S Locking assembly with iron plate & 02 rods 10mm & lock cover & S/F new locking assembly set as per drg.

g) Refixing loose shelves with spot welding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length.

Locker bed side steel FD 1029

a) Removing old hasp and staple and supply and fix new hasp staple as shown in drg.

b) Removing old U/S handle with S&F new handle 150mm long as shown in drg.

c) Removing old U/S hings with S&F new hings as showm in drg.

d) Removing old U/S Led with S&F new leg of Almirah small steel as showm in drg.

e) Refixing loose shelves with spot welding of broken joints nut exceeding 25mm in length . old U/S Led with S&F new leg of Almirah small steel as showm in drg.

d) Removing unserviceble existing door shutter locker bed side and S&F new shutter made out of 1mm thick PGI sheet complete all as per drg.

Chairs Verandah FD-359

Removal of old unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah, Supply and fix custom moulded Superior quality virgin PVC seat and back of suitable size foe FD-359. the rate shall be deemed to include for cutting, welding, screws and fixing and arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge . Make :- Polymer/ Cello/Supreme/Neel/ Kamal/Comfort.

Removing of unserviceable Rubber shoe Chair verandah S&F with new Rubber shoes as per existing size on drg and directed.

Charpoy GI nylon newar comprising of the following items:-

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy G.I. 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type by using 2 number stiffeners made out of MS flat 40 x 5 mm thick 900mm long with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt with washer (Total 08 Nos) to be provided at the drilling 02 Nos holes on each stiffeners with long rail/short rail and plywood. Two coats of synthatic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer after black paint of stiffeners and fixing of hard rubber shoes to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new GI elbow, 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy & Supplying and fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI pipe long rail of 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of length as per existing long rail with proper threading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Issued under schedule "B"

Taking down the existing short rails and making new short rail by cutting the existing GI pipe long rails 32 mm bore obtained from above Item, threading suitably and fixing with existing old elbow complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Making the existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32 mm bore of charpoy obtained from Item No.15.05 above and converting into legs by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing 3 mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Charpoy GI hard top comprising of the following items:- FD-220

Removing of old unserviceable ply from charpoy G.I. 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type at of red oxide primer after black paint of stiffeners and fixing of hard rubber shoes to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new GI elbow, 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy & Supplying and fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Table Office Officer Steel FD-1003, 84(M)

a) Removing U/S Lock with S&F new Lock as per Drg.

b) Removing U/S drawer with S&Fnew drawer as per Drg.

c) S&F Table top PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, with both side lamination (Top teak Shade and balancing white of size as per drawing and as per existing) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position including taking down old top all as specified and as directed .

d) Removing of U/S Rubber Shoe with S&F new Rubber Shoe as per drg.

e) Removing and replacement of unserviceable legs and S&F new legs made out of 25mm dia MS 1.6mm wall thickness as shown in drg complete all as specified.

f) Removing and replacement of unserviceable stiffener and S&F new stiffener made out of 25mm dia MS 1.6mm wall thickness as shown in drg complete all as specified.

g) Rejoining the joints of MS square tube with spot weilding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length as and where required as per drg.

g) M&L applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint black colour including preparation of all steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drg.

a) Removing old u/s ply and supply and fix new ply plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type as per existing size complete all as specified.

b) Taking down and S&F new rubber shoes to the legs of the table complete all as specified.

Table dining steel 900x900 mm FD-1009

a) S&F Table top PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, with both side lamination (Top teak Shade and balancing white of size as per drawing and as per existing) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position including taking down old top all as specified and as directed .

b) Provision of 300 mm long MS clamps made of 3 mm thick MS flat by welding including bending complete all as specified.

c) Taking down and S&F new rubber shoes to the legs of the table complete all as specified.

d) Rejoining the joints of MS square tube with spot weilding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length as and where required as per drg.

e) S&F new legs and welding as per existing drawing with requried preparing & painting as per drawing complete all as specified.

f) S&F new MS tube for frame and welding as per existing drawing with required preparing& painting as per drawing complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

a) S&F Table top PFT(Post Forming Top) made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade, with both side lamination (Top teak Shade and balancing white of size as per drawing and as per existing) extended minimum 50mm beyond the bottom edge fixed in position including taking down old top all as specified and as directed .

b) Taking down and S&F new rubber shoes to the legs of the table complete all as specified.

c) Rejoining the Fram of MS tube with requried no. of spot weilding of broken joints where required as per drg.

Chair Computer Revolving with Arms Fd/E6/MAP/01

a) Removing U/S star Base with caster wheels and S&F New star base including caster wheels as per drg.

g) Removing of existing unserviceable tepastry of seat and S&F with new tepastry as shown in drg.

b) Removing of existing unserviceable sides and S&F with new sides of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade as shown in drg.

c) Removing of existing unserviceable back plywood and S&F with new back plywood 6mm as shown in drg.

d) Removing of existing unserviceable upper drawer and S&F with new upper drawer as shown in drg.

e) Removing of existing unserviceable lower drawer and S&F with new lower drawer as shown in drg.

f) Removing of existing unserviceable handle and S&F with new hadne as shown in drg.

g) Rejoining the joints of MS tube with spot weilding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length as and where required as per drg.

h) Removing of existing unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F with new rubber shoe as shown in drg.

BED HARD TOP STEEL OFFRS

a) Removing old u/s ply and supply and fix new ply plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type as per existing size of 19784mmx824mm with nut bolt complete all as specified.

Removing old unserviceable long rails and S&F new long rails of Bed Hard size 1974x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable stiffners and S&F new stiffner rails of Bed Hard size 850x25x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Removing old unserviceable short rails and S&F new short rails of Bed Hard size 900x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable prelaminated board from footer frame and S&F new prelaminated board of size 750x350x18mm thick prelaminated particular board exterior grade complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Carrying out minor repairs like denting & gas welding of broken legs/cleat etc and spray painting with one coat of the black colour synthetic enamel paint to complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Note for Item 1 tom16 Rates include finixing the part with matching finish and made good damage and provision of minor parts required for the same.

Complete removal of old painting by mechanical mean and Preparing surfaces by red oxide primer for preparing surfaces, covering non steel surface to avoid paint marks and painting required nos of coat of synthetic enamal paint only by spray painting machine on following steel furniture at the place directed by engr in charge :
