M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick scratch proof stain resistant (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) incl 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive floor/ screed including dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified coloured tiles scratch proof and stain resistance double charged (water absorption not more than 0.5%) 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive floor/screed incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick PVC hollow profile designer panel of approved quality and design in wall panelling including beadings, matching PVC angles as walls, corners etc fixing to walls/Jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down plaster 15 cm wide cutting V groove upto a depth of 30mm in brick work, cleaning the surface by removing loose dust and washing the surface filling the crack with hybrid PU sealant/crack fill after application of bond coat and followed by filling with polymer modified mortar incl plastering 15mm in CM (1:6) and matching with the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4Sqm each with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated three track sliding windows (with three sliding shutters, One with and incl stainless steel wire mess and two with glass shutter and incl 4 mm thick sheet glass panes), aluminium sections not less than 1.1 Kg per meter for bottom track and top track and side track 0.98 Kg per metre, bottom shutter frame 0.55 Kg per metre, top shutter frame 0.47 Kg per metre, shutter sides 0.47 Kg per metre and interlock sides 0.45 Kg per metre including suitable nylon beading, channel gasket, nylon rollers Maruthi lock with handles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incl demolition of cement concrete 75mm thick of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces on wall, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer and a coat of 2mm thick cement putty to achieve smooth surface after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on distempered surface of walls by cleaning the surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty to achieve smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibro compacted coloured glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushioning over and incl 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 incl demolition of PCC of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC kerb stone type B1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate crushed type) rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 incl demolition of PCC of any description complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
