Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc. 1.5 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS wire tube supplied and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix facory made solid panelled PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC's channel having PVC sheet trip of 20mm wide stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gether with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame including butt hinges at site as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick II class HW Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick II class HW Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered orrounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified .

Supply and fix Mild steel butt hinges medium weight , clod rolled,100mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm in size aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed length of bolt 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour (in repairs) for 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work.

Supply and fix Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised. (Width of flaps (when open) in 30mm).

Hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws(Size of hasp and staple iS 125mm)

Taking down steel windows and ventilators with frame (without taking off shutters) complete area not exc 1.5 sqm and removing from site of work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix steel windows with side hung shutters glazed or gauged including projection type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed and welding complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS work for chimney bars, bearing bars, window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, and similar articles conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310.00 including making holds in chowkats or welding in iron frame etc guard bars of independent or framed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for coloured Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exeeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed .

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified.

Dismentling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Material and labour for 25mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cemen mortor (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. Including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding lay in CM 1:6.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slbab including rubbing and polishing completed. Including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding lay in CM 1:6.
