Factory made solid PVC Door/window/ventilator Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 176- of MES SSR 2020 Part-II

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

Factory made fully glazed PVC (frosted/ground/obscured) window/ventilator shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade two or more coats @ 1.67 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm, using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. The spray machine should be reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint usage including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc. complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Complete removal of exiting treatment of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on walls and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade two coat @ 1.67 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm, using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. The spray machine should be reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint usage including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc. complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

15mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

M&L for taking down old decayed plaster from RCC fin, facia, cleaning of all surface by brooming, scraping etc and applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement and replastering the same as per existing surface or finishing with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 micro chips) including necessary form work as directed by Engr-In-Charge and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer including preparation and necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old decayed plaster from ceiling cleaning of all surface by brooming, scraping etc and applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement and replastering the same as per existing surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer including preparation and necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-05, nominal mix, E-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floors, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Water profing treatement of sunken portion and roof padding using high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.50mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.20 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers ( 5mm thick first layers and 5mm thick 2nd layer) mixed with WPC @ 3% weight of cement on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion, 25mm thick, all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, all as specified.

S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (designed prepainted) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (E-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.5mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.5mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Everest or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

All as per item No. 92 above but except stone.

Sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, including 40mm dia waste pipe & CP waste coupling, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified.

Rolled sections as in Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240s, steel work complete, all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatment materials and PCC/ cement mortar padding/walls/facias etc complete from roof carefully by cutting chiselling, cleaning the surface by scrapping, brooming, brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.
