Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of semi-integrated solar LED Street light with minimum 3 years onsite warranty and having following specification. 1. Solar Panel: ≥180w grade A mono crystalline solar cells with all mounting accessories and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 / BIS 14286 from an IECQ or NABL accredited laboratory (for 25 year warranty). 2. Battery: ≥80 Ah, 12.8V LiFePO4, battery integrated pack should have proper ‘Battery management System’ (BMS) for cell balancing, over charge and over temperature protection and should conforming to the latest BIS standards. 3. Charge Controller: PWM/MPPT. 4. LED: 60W or greater LED street light system with rigid enclosure for all weather conditions, minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius operating range, having 3 years onsite warranty and having minimum luminous efficiency of ≥120 Lm/W. 5. Inbuilt Automatic off during day time and having PIR sensor for dimming the light while there is no traffic in the street. 6. Ingress protection: IP 65/IP66. 7. Pole: 6 M Galvanized Iron (GI) as per IS 2629 Octagonal/Round pole with minimum 3.2mm sheet thickness, top diameter ≥45mm & bottom diameter will be ≥56mm, Avg. Thickness of Galvanization: ≥80 Microns, having suitable lightning protection and earthing as per standards, Bottom have a flange suitable size round or square shape with plate thickness of ≥12 mm, and supplied with all necessary accessories to fix solar street light system. 8. Concrete base: Made up of M15 RCC of minimum size 400x400x1200 mm (W x B x D) with footing, concrete pier should be 300 mm above the ground level. Have minimum 4 anchor bolts to fix pole over the concrete base using two nuts on all bolts. The pole and foundation should have sufficient stability to withstand the wind load of the locality. 9. Certifications: CE/ BIS, RoHS, ISO etc.
