Dismantling carefully the existing asbestos cement sheet roofing including stacking of serviceable materials at a designated place as shown by the Engineer - in Charge and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead all complete with cost of labour, shifting of materials, tools & plants etc., as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Payment for this Item shall be measured by taking horizontal Width and length of roofing plain area.(corrugations and curvature will not be measured)

Dismantling old plaster raking out joints and cleaning the surface for laying plain cement concrete/ plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per directions of EIC

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means without damging adjucent structure including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1cement, 2 river sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc.complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants etc.., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing, centering, shuttering Formwork by using steel plates, timber planks for PCC and minor structures including necessary strutting, proping, without staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Enginner-in-charge

Supplying, fabricating and welding M.S. Structural Steel frames made out of MS Angles, channels, I beams, Box section, flats etc conforming to IS for doors, platform at all floors heights and locations upto a height of 25 m including cutting to the required size, shape and fixing and welding as per site requirement for frame /brackets and fixing as directed including giving a coat of red oxide primer complete with cost of materials, labour tools & plants, scaffolding to all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing Galvalume sheet 0.63 mm Thickness in Single sheet profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch upto and including single length of 12.00m. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5X55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafter sand trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note : Payment for this Item shall be measured by taking horizontal Width and length of roofing plain area.(corrugations and curvature will not be measured)

Synthetic Enamel painting in two or more coats using 1st quality SE paint- Apcolite Synthetic Enamel of M/s Asian paints or approved equivalent make and shade on Steel Surfaces like pipes, angles, flats etc, and MS Weld mesh to give an even shade without primer coat including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick masonry 230mm thickness in super structure at all floors and locations in plain/curved profile using well burnt light weight bricks of class designation 7.5 in C.M. 1:6 (using river sand) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using bricks using well burnt light weight bricks of class designation 7.5 in partition walls in C.M1:4 (using river sand) including scaffolding , raking out joints, curing etc. including form work curing etc but execluding stiffners all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Reinforment will be measured under relevant item

20mm thick cement plastering in two coats consisting of 1st coat of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and 2nd coat of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over the brick/concrete wall surfaces in superstructure upto a height of 25m including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing, adding of SBR (which will be supplied at free of cost) as per manufacturers instructions where ever repair works are involved etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position M.S. WELD MESH of approved pattern, design & guage frames at all floors and heights including one coat of primer of approved make all complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc. and as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Desludging/ removal of sludge from underground Chemical Effluents tanks at AMD complex, Begumplet using mechanical desludging tankers or mannually.The sludge taken out from toxic tanks shall be kept for drying and thereafter the completely dried chemical sludge shall be disposed off at municipal approved dumping area (outside AMD Complex) all complete with cost of machinery, labour, trasportation, loading, unloading, safety tools and plants, safety precautions etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Incharge. Note : This Item shall be measured by taking volume of dry sludge or by taking measurements of truck while loading

Providing and fixing S. S. mesh using 304 grade Stainless Steel angles / box sections of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror/ matt polishing, fixing at site etc.for covering mezzanine floor & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications, complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., all as per specification, drawing & as directed by EIC.

1.The rates quoted shall hold good for all heights/depths above/below plinth level or average ground level unless otherwise specified. The rates quoted shall be for fulfillment of all the conditions and no conditional rebate shall be put forth by the tenderer which will attract rejection as indicated. 2. The rates quoted shall be valid during contract period of one year and shall be in accordance with the minimum deployment of men, material and machinery including consideration of necessary additional deployment to suit detailed programming and actual conditions at site for completion of work within scheduled period stipulated. 3.Any chases/holes in walls and floors of any materials and Reinstating to original condition wherever required are to be arranged by the contractor during the progress of the works. The chases/holes are to be filled as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at no extra cost Electrical power and water required shall be supplied and recovered from the bills of contractors as per Schedule -B. 4) Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD. 5) Contractor shall read item description in conjunction with drawings thoroughly before quoting rates. 6) The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI are exclusive. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause. 7) The Desludging from the toxic tanks shall be done during holidays under the supervision of Departmental Representative.
