COMPREHENSIVE MAINT AND SERVICING OF 3 X 180 TR AC PLANT ALONG WITH CEILING SUSPENDED AHU AT BRAHMOS AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

M&L for repairing /servicing the centrifugal pump of following capacities by disconnecting the pump from motor, opening for its inspection, replacing the worn out parts like gland bush, bearings, gland bolts and nuts, gland packing, gasket, water seal etc. as per OEM or approved by the Engr-in-Charge. (a) Chillier Pump of 11KW capacity

Dismantling electrical connection & taking out motor of centrifugal pump set, opening the motor, cutting & removing old burnt winding wire of existing gauge, rewinding the motor and re-fixing the same at its original position all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Chillier Pump of 11KW capacity

All as per item no 2 above but for Ceiling Suspended Unit (CSU) of capacity 0.75KW

All as per item no 2 above but for AHU motor of capacity upto 7.5 KW. Note :- (for item No 2 to 4) (a) Transportation charges for local workshop to and fro is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S&F in repair Mechanical Seal for centrifugal pump sets of 11KW capacity all as directed or approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Water pressure Switch as per OEM or approved by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair VFD for secondary pump all as directed or approved by OEM/Engr-in-charge.

Labour charges for preventive maintenance of all CSU like alignment of belt, checking of control wiring checking of airflow, cooling coil cleaning, adjusting belt tension etc and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge. Note:- (a) All CSU's to be maintained completely after two months upto completetion of contract. (b) All accessories and tools required for its servicing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in repair PICV valve of CSU as per sample and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair electronic temperature controller for CSU connected with PICV Valve

Labour charges for servicing & cleaning of condenser coil of 180TR chiller AC Plant using veniclean solution and water servicing complete all as directed by OEM/Engr-in-charge.

Labour charges for Nitrogen pressure testing of one unit of chiller type AC Plant comprising of two compressors, vaccummising the system, arresting the leakage and testing complete duly filled the Refrigerant gas of desired capacity all as directed by OEM/Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) Rent /Transportation charges to & fro reqd for Nitrogen cylinder of any size incl testing eqpts, tools and technicians is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) Refrigerant Gas R 134 A reqd for the unit will be measured and paid separately

Supply only Refrigerant Gas R134A in sealed cylinder. Note:- (a) Empty cylinder returnable.

Supply & Fix repair Fan assembly suitable for 180 TR chiller unit. Make :- Voltas model No. FN080-SDQ.6N.V7P5 185477.

Supply & Fix repair Driver assembly suitable for 180 TR chiller unit. Make :- Voltas model No. EEXV,MCS

Supply & Fix in repair crank case Heater suitable for 180 TR chiller unit Make :- Voltas or equivalent

Supply & Fix in repair Fan relay Board suitable for 180 TR chiller unit Make :- Voltas or equivalent
