Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5sq.m. each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters without taking off shutters from frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of m.s tubes for top & bottom rails m.s frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour pvc 'c' channel having a pvc sheet strip of 20mm width struk inside with salvent cement for stiles and plain colour pvc sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour pvc sheet to be fitted in the m.s frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable pvc sheet beading , and joined togeather with salvent cement , suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per soecification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid pvc door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour pvc sheet reinforced with m.s square tube , suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp?ressive strength of58N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property ofbeingtermite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs /SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separetly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S & F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays of rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts, hooks (stay) for large gates, hook and pintel hinges, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh, wind tie, fan hook and similar work including necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E – 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc [without sash bars] edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters shall be as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkat complete all as specified and as directed.
