Steel Plate replacement ( Frame O TO 70 ) (i) Bottom Plate (ii) Side Plate (iii) Aft & front plate (iv) Main deck plate (v) Super Structure deck (1 & 2) plate (vi) Machinery space(vii) Monkey deck complete plate 1. All plate to be checked for thickness via ultrasonic gauging technique and same to be degutted, cropped and replaced, if thickness reduced by more than 10%. NOTE :- Approximate 25 Ton ±05 Ton of steel plates may be required during dry dock repair for replacement of defective and pitted steel plates of F/BOP Sagar.

All safety device of both main engine replaced with new one. 5. RPM indicator, over speed controller to be checked and required to be servicing.

PROPULSION SYSTEM (HRP SYSTEM ) ( 2 NOS ) a) 360 degree rotation b) HRP gear box repair c) Electric panel wiring of wheel house. d) Hydraulic pump of HRP System. 1. Complete servicing of HRP unit with connected equipment’s and operation trial to be conducted after completion of repair. 2. Electronic panel (PCB) alongside main engine to be checked for its functionality and servicing to be done after filling of Hydraulic and Gear Oil. 3. All seal bearing to be change. 4. All rubber pressurized hose to be changed. 5. Clutch unit to be serviced, thrust plate and liners/ O Ring required to be replaced with new. 6. Cardan shaft differential unit to be change with new cross joints.

DIESEL GENERATOR SET ( PORT & STBD) (a) Diesel engine ( Port & STBD) (b) Main switch board & circuit breaker. (c) Servicing of alternator. 1. Complete overhauling of both DG set. 2. Main switch board & circuit breaker to be replaced. 3. Servicing of alternator (i.e power output, Frequency, voltage of alternator to be checked after servicing). 4. Run Hrs covered port side 33050.10 Hrs and STBD Side 3470.15 Hrs. 5. Exhaust pipe heat insulation to be change.

AIR CONDITION SYSTEM (AC PLANT & AIR HANDLING UNIT ) 15 Nos Split ACs already existed in F/BOP required to be repaired/serviced. 1. Suitable arrangement is required to be mounted in F/BOP SP Sagar for drain of split AC water directly in river/sea. 2. During previously dry dock of other F/BOP it seen that water entered in cabin through cooling pipe line. Hence proper arrangement is required to be carried out during dry dock to avoid such type of water leakage wherever split ACs are installed. 3. 15 Nos split ac already installed at SP Sagar , required to be servicing of all 15 Nos fitted spilt AC. 4. Refilling of gas in all AC. 5. Servicing of compressor, etc of all components of spilit AC system. 6. Outer unit foundation plate of all 15 Nos fitted spilt AC required to be replaced with new foundation plate due rusting of all foundation plate .

MAST REPAIR WORK : (a)Main mast bottom supporting members, brackets, arm repair. (b) Antenna’s base(Radar, GPS, Navigation light , flag post , search light ) (c)Electrical conduits. All navigational antennas’ foundation to be repair, provision/mechanism for foldable mast (manual and hydraulic/ automatic) to be installed. Further electrical cable conduit to be provided. All navigation lights, search lights to checked for its functionality and replaced with new one as required.

NAVIGATIONAL EQUIPMENTS (WHEEL HOUSE CONSOLE PANEL/FITTINGS) :-All control panel with complete accessories to be renewed with following Equpts a)Deck light control panel (b) Heat detection panel/Sensor (c) Window wiper, motor & Control Panel (d) ECO sounder with display (e)HRP panel with ignition switch of both main engine. (f) GPS( Make –Koden) display with accessory and antenna. (g)Navigation light with control panel. (h)Radar ( Make-Koden) with display & antenna (i) Magnetic compass (Raytheon) (j) Barometer(John Lilley & Gillie) (k) Clinometer(xii) Ship Flags (xiii) General Alarm l) Wheel house HRP console to be –shift to front side.

Wind Screen(Clear View) Window and Inspection Glasses(Glass fittings & rubber packing) a) Windows of all cabins b) Wheel house wind screen c) Water tight Hatches. d) Scuttles and doors All Hatches, Scuttles, Windows, doors windows to be replaced. All windows of vessel required to be modified as open type outer side. Additionally 01 window of wheel house at Port & STBD side required to be modified as open type. Rubber finder of all Hatches, scuttles, window doors to be changed.

VALVE AND PIPE LINES. a) Fresh water line b) Sewage water line c) Fuel Line d) All sea chest/sea water line e) Bilge system valve f) Overhead tank lines g) Fire fighting lines h) Air vent pipe, head & sounding pipe i) Scuppers and discharge line j) Galley drain pipe. 1. All pipes & valves installed on board vessels to be serviced. 2. After servicing the all pipe lines & valves pressure to be checked /tested for proper operation.

PUMP AND MOTORS All motors and pumps to be serviced and made operational.. 1.Petrol pump body (outer) rusted required to be renewed. 2.All wiper rotary motor required to be replaced ( wiper not working). OTHER ON BOARD INTERNAL FITMENTS (AWING FITTING, BOLLARD & CLEAT, ANCHOR WINCH, CHAIN CABLE ) a) Anchor fitting, (ii) b) Bollard & Cleats c) Anchor winch and chain/cable/rollers/dead man roller. d) Anchor and anchor rope e) Break lining of winch f) Anchors stowage frame. 1. Complete servicing of davits ( 4 Nos ) along with fitments (planetary gear, davit arm, electromagnetic brake, foundation, limit switches etc), 2. Load bearing test during trials. 3. FPB stowage cradles neoprene rubber covering to be replaced (if more than 10 % cracks or pitted). 4. Existing davit lifting capacity to be increased by providing 5 HP Motor (1440 RPM) as per New Floating BOPs. 5. Strength capacity of existing devit rope to be provided. ( 04 nos). 6. Dram required to be replaced ( 04 nos)

DAVITS AND BOAT CRADLES Davit wire Fast patrol boat stowage cradles 1. Complete servicing of davits ( 4 Nos ) along with fitments (planetary gear, davit arm, electromagnetic brake, foundation, limit switches etc), 2. Load bearing test during trials. 3. FPB stowage cradles neoprene rubber covering to be replaced (if more than 10 % cracks or pitted). 4. Davit lifing capacity has to be increased as per weight of new model FPB.

PAINTING WORK a) Under water surface of hull. b) All tanks(internal /external) c) External hull and deck d) All machinery and equipment, fitments. 1.De-rusting and sand blasting as per marine practice and painting of all cabins, engines, decks mounting, fitments, equipment ( pumps, motors, on board external fitments) with proper marking and color coding. 2. Heat Proof paints must be use for all engines.

Docking piloting charges Inspection charges ( Including IRS) Docking ,un-docking, Cost of fuel, docking, undocking, and piloting / towing from border up to repaired dockyard and vice-versa, including inspection charges of IRS Class society.(Responsibility of the firm)
