PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MISC. JOBS FOR CANE DEPT AT HBL SUGUALI AND LAUIRYA PLANTS, UNDER DISTT. EAST AND WEST CHAMPARAN, BIHAR.

Tractor in-built pusher Service at Donga: Pushing of cane spilled over while unloading of Cane from tractor trolleys/ trucks around Cane carrier or while unloading of cane from bullock carts and dumping the same in cane carrier during cane crushing season round O'clock, in all the (3) shifts on all the days including Sundays & holiday during cane crushing season. Contractor shall have to ensure there is no wastage of cane while unloading operation of trolley, truck & carts by grab/Cane unloaders and no run over of vehicles/carts on spilled cane on floor. Contractor shall ensure ground around the Cane carrier is always free from spilled over Cane. Contractor shall have to provide adequate tractor inbuilt with back & front pusher with efficient driver and required quantity of diesel as fuel of tractor in every shift with adequate supervision for carrying out the entire job to the complete satisfaction of HBL’s officer in charge. In case of wastages of cane due to unsatisfactory services by Contractor, losses shall be debited to Contractor. Decision of HBL in this regard shall be final. This rate shall be quoted on Lump sum per day basis.

Cane Picker Jobs: Collecting/ Picking of cane spilled over in cane marshaling yard both inside and outside from weighed or unweighted tractor trolleys, trucks, bullock carts while bringing the Cane to Cane carrier and dumping the same in cane carrier round O'clock, in all the (3) shifts on all the days including Sundays & Holiday during cane crushing season. Job includes unloading of bullock carts at Cane carrier manually by tripling the carts. Lifting/ handling of standard weight while calibration/checking by GoB of weigh bridges at gate. Contractor shall have to ensure there is no wastage of cane and no run over of vehicles/carts on spilled cane on floor. Contractor shall ensure floor at entire cane yard is free from spilled over Cane. Contractor shall have to provide adequate manpower in every shift with adequate supervision for carrying out the entire job to the complete satisfaction of HBL’s Officer in charge. In case of wastage of cane due to unsatisfactory services by Contractor, losses shall be debited to Contractor. Decision of HBL in this regard shall be final. This Rate shall be quoted on Lump sum per day basis.

Sweeper/scavenging Jobs: Sweeping the cane unloading area around the Cane carrier at least twice in shift, collecting gobar from Bullock cart yard at least once in shift, washing cleaning of Toilet blocks in Cane yard at least once in shift. Contractor shall have to provide adequate manpower in all 3 shifts with adequate supervision for carrying out the entire job to the complete satisfaction of HBL’s officer in charge. In case of wastage of cane & poor services of cleaning/ sweeper due to unsatisfactory services by Contractor, losses shall be debited to Contractor. Decision of HBL in this regard shall be final.
