Development of Heliport at Palampur (HP)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains for soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stakcing the serviceable and un serviceable material clear from the the edge of excavation as diection of Engineer-in-Charge and returing the stacked soil in 15cm ( Fifeen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, side of foundation etcetera consolidaing each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then deposing of all excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per approved drrawng , drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer- incgarge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 12mm, (Twelve milimetre) effective diameter 10-40 ( Ten to forty) microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 ( One point three four to One point four zero) in cement concrete/RCC/Flooring/water retaining structures by using 125gms( one hundred twenty five grams) of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kg( fifty kilograms) cement used as per directions of Engineer-in- charge. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand:six graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetrs) nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand:eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetrs)nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetrs) nominal size).and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work at the rate of one kilogram for fifty kilogram cement in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification .and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Millimeters) nominal size) over 75mm (Seventy five Millimeters) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty Millimeters) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth. and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying damp-proof course 100mm (One Hundred milimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 12.5mm (twelve point five milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitument of grade of VG-10 (Ten) of approved quality using 1.7 Per Kilogram (one point seven kilogram). Per square metre on damp proof courase after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil. including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete and as per specification and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
