Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformers capacity ranging from 50 KVA to 3150 KVA distribution upto on site at different locations without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating system in order to achieve Di-electric strength of oil 40KV minimum at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor shall use stand by DG set for dehyderation where alternate power is not available.

Supply & filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS -335 of 1993 as in topping up / replacement up to desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed.] (Make : GULF/POWER OIL/SERVO as approved by GE)

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 20 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for lectrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 25 mm thick for voltage upto 11KV for electrical purpose for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for lectrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA, 11/.433 KV with two coats synthetic enamelled spray painting after preparation of transformer surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting of transformer of capacity upto 300 KVA to 630 KVA, 11/.433 KV with two coats synthetic enamelled spray painting after preparation of transformer surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting unaxious green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at Electrical Installation Premises, around Pole, along the boundary Fencing, removing rubbish from the Site of Work and deposting where directed exceeding 250m & n.exc 500m complete all as directed.

M & L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling in and mass concrete including necessary demoliation of existng existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling in and mass concrete including necessary demoliation of existng existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L writing in coming and out going details in LT/HT panels as per site requirement, with letter height not less than 30mm, boldly and solidly with thin self adhesive sticker of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair, lightning arrestor suitable for 11 KV grade, thyrester type, complete with all fitting transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 30 KA complete all as specified and as directed
