NS Item -Preparation and implementation of warabandi of the complete chak and Identification of training needs of the farmers, preparation of training modules on various subjects concerning operation and maintenance of the MI systems, Solar array and pumping systems and cropping pattern etc., and providing necessary training to the farmers as per the identified needs including operation maintenance , watch andward up to 04 years. Necessary training shall be provided to the WUA members and the staff identified by the Engineer also for all activities involved in the O and M Note :- The work will be considered completed after successful completion of entire project exclusive of training and OandM of work. 10% security will be deducted in each bill of the work, which will be released after completion of work on the production of Bank Guarantee of same value , out of which 2% will be released annually after successful running and annual maintenance of the system, on the production of satisfaction certificate by concerned Executive Engineer.
