Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead and lift.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Boulder filling with hand packed properly with kharanja stones compact interstices complete in all respect

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c)Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

(d) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 greaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure avobe ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all hight.

Prooviding wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearestory windows and other framed and fixed in postion. 1st. Class hard wood/sal wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick Ist. Class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing wire guage shuter using galvanised M.S. wire guage of I.S. guage designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for door windows and clearstory windows with necessary screws 30 mm thick second class deodar wood

Providing & fixing aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete (i) 250mm x 16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type ) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade & colour.(a)200 x 10mm

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and fixing oxidized M.S hooks and eyes 150mm long.

Appling birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Appling priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint.

Constructing manhole with RCC top slab in 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand :4graded stone nominal size) foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm in cement morter 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) finished with a floating coat in cement concrete 1:2:4) (1cement: 2sand :4graded 20mm stone nominal size) finished smooth including curing & testing complete. Inside size 800mm x800mm x 500mm deep including C.I. cover with frame and cover to be not less than 38kg. Weight of frame 23kg. and weight of cover 15kg with 200 thick.
