Repair replacement of damaged ACC CGI sheets Galvalume sheets gutters rain water pipes patch repairing to roof painting to gutters and associated work etc for the bldgs under RFI maintenance

M.S small articles : S & F for providing mild steel straps, clamps,nut bolts, wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; M. S. nozzle, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles etc, as small articles, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 to be fixed in position as required all complete.

Pre-colour coated steel sheet: S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile (yield) strength of 550 mpa minimum, coated with aluminium zinc (az 150) @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering / cladding to wall, ridges (straight / curve ) etc. fixed with self tapping screws all complete (test certificate of the materials should be submitted by the firm before any payment).

Taking down gutter & Rain water pipe: Taking down eaves gutters / rainwater pipes CI / PVC (any size or pattern or dia), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all complete.

Taking down and refixing of roof sheeting: Taking down and refixing for roof covering with corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook or coach screws as required for site condition and all complete.

M. S. sheet gutter: M & L for 2.0 mm thick plain mild steel sheeting valley gutter with welded joints and fixed in position properly all as specified all complete.

Screed bed of 20 mm: M & L for providing screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar ( 1:6) etc. after taking out existing PVC / tarfelt or other floor finish material (if any), complete in all respect all complete.

Black japan painting one coat : M & L for applying single coat of black japan paint after necessary preparation of new surfaces over a coat of red lead primer of any descriptions over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

PVC rain water pipe: S & F of 110 mm dia PVC rain water (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls in any position complete all complete.

PVC (SWR) bend: S & F of 110 mm dia bends fixed in position complete all complete.

PVC door bend of 110mm dia: S & F 110mm dia. PVC(SWR) door bends of any radius to be fixed in position all complete.

PVC (SWR) Tee: S & F of 110 mm dia door tee fixed in position complete all complete.

Water proofing treatment: S & F of polymeric bituminous water proofing membrane of 2 mm thick (approx.) of wt. 2.25 kg./ sqm to be laid over ( after applying) one layer of blown bitumen on existing surface after necessary preparetory work and then another layer of blown bitumen to be applied over the newly laid water proofing membrane ( bitumen Grade for both the layers should be 30/40 and total quantity of bitumen on both layers should be minimum @ 2.4 kg / sqm ) all complete.

Cleaning of roof: Labour only for cleaning of roof (flat or sloped), valley / eaves gutter, rain water pipes (any size or pattern) any height or position as and when required throughout the contract period or minimum 315 man days whichever is earlier) in different buildings under RFI maintenance, including removal of leaves from roofs upto inside bins all complete..

Uprooting of plants : Labour only for complete uprooting of plants of any girth and any description after that M & L for using acid/copper sulphate in the root position of plants and making good the dismantled area by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all complete.

Credit materials :- (a) Old steel scrap (CGI, PGI sheets/ CI RW Pipes / bends / shoes & Steel gutter, steel angle, Flat etc). (deviation + 25% ).
