Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200ml per bag (50 Kg) of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas in existing material (sand with saw dust) n exc 1.5 m deep over the sloped portion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc.1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand) as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only saw dust as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for mixing of sand and saw dust in equal proportion and laying the same over slopped portion of the shooting butt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stacking HDPE bags filled with good quality sand and mouth of bag shall be stiched with nylon thread and stacked upto 7.00 m height complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate of above item shall be inclusive of sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account separately.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of chain link or any type including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC of any section) embedded in concrete, brick work masonry etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of post holes, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in tie bar of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fence shall be ascertained through BOO as directed by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, resecuring incl. making good staples etc to existing Galvanised steel barbed wire of any type and description straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing/ concertina coil including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Supply and fix concertina coil (CONSEC ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRPBT)) aluminum base helix coil with and including necessary G.I fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 610 mm (ii) No of Spirals - 6 spirals per per RM (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 8.00 Kg(±0.5). (iv) Central core wire :- Made from 2.60 mm dia G.I – High Tensile Wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629 . (v) Razor Punched Strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of Aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/ m2 conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of Caulifield green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. Note:- Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing of existing wooden rifle racks, refastening and securing ends of balusters, newels, rag bolts, etc., let into stone and grouted in cement mortar including recutting the mortices and re-grouting in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of required fasters/bolts shall be deemedincluded in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work in hung gates, including Pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. and similar work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1.60mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Trellis work (Jafri), single way including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) ( using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 including frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:4 fixed in wall or embeded independently in PCC as in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing of unserviciable material from site works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section grooves on external surface of wall/ roof or terracing up to 25mm depth and 25mm width and filled with multi purpose binder (MPB) crack filler and rendering the surface in cement mortor (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding in reapirs n.exc 2.5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note : Scaffolding and necessary form work shall be deemed in item rate.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of walls/columns etc including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of unserviciable material from site works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free anti skid outdoor coloured pavement tiles (good grip series) of size 300 mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment as in floor, path etc. and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles, rubber moulded of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including treating the surface with beeswax polish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including treating the surface with beeswax polish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing only paver block of any size and thickness and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as spd and directed. Note: - Serviceable paver block obtained from item No 48.00 shall be re-used under this items.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade `B' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for grinding and polishing by machine to existing kota stone slab flooring including treating the surface with beeswax polish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix snake guard aluminium body door cill strip with brush fixed with scews to door bottom rail complete all as specified and directed.
