Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, in Ground Floors and Paving not exc. 150mm thickness above or below Ground Level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debries/rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Ceiling Board (Fiber, Pulp, Insulation etc.) or insulation of boards/ slap/blankets, any thickness, including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Timber Scantling, over 40 Sqcm in section, in unframed work i.e. Runner, Verticals, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling ,size of grid is 605mm x 605mm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed or laid in aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper incl prepartion of surfaces complete all as directed and as directed

Labour only Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed or laid in aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as directed and as directed. NOTE: Servisable Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards shall be obtained from serial item No. 4 of BoQ.

Materials and labour for Second Class Hard Wood Plain, Fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, Clean swan, fixed with nails, cross sectional area exc. 6 Sqcm but not exc. 13Sqcm (20X25mm as FORKING PIECE), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Second class hard wood as in Scantlings, Wrought, in un-framed work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labours for preparing new wood and wood based surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Painting over a coat of Pink Primer, exc. 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No.12 here-in-before, but on steel surfaces.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (interior grade) on the same after complete prepearation of internel wall surfaces with minimum 1 mm thick oil putty and applying one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including necessary surface preparation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel and drains,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in plinth protection/footpath using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including impresion and glass strip or bitumin filling in two panel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor of floor finishes, finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor tiles with (cement mortar 1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in Floor Finishes, Tiles, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Screed Bedding shall be measured and paid separately.

Ditto as per ser item No above but as in skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 for fixing of walls finishes, tiles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bedding shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bedding shall be measured and paid separately.

Ditto as per ser item No 26 but as skirting /dado complete all as specified and as directed..

Materials and labour for applying two coats of creosote oil incluting preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
