Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and any size complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 11 here-in-above, but except PCC block -do- Note : PCC block retrieved serviceable under serial item No. 2 here-in-before shall be reused under this item.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb block (Kerb Stone), factory casted with plain fair faces, size 10cm x 30cm each or as directed, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Dismantling carefully existing serviceable precast cement concrete Kerb block (Kerb Stone) of any size with plain or interlocking joints and re-setting/re-fixing in & including cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped, ends etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost, exc half brick & not exc one brick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed, polished and rounding of edges where ever necessary as ordered) as in flooring & the like, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all directed and specified. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of rounding of edges and cement screed bed/bedding layer.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts and other similar works, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips or welding of bar at spots as directed, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), with & including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 28 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing mild steel doors or gates and re-fixing the same after repair work including tuck / running welding, repairs to hinges, sliding bolt, hold fast and repair to locking arrangement etc and making good to make it fully functional complete all as directed. Note : Cost of welding shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for expanded metal weight not exceeding 4 Kgs per Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) railings, integrated gates, etc including designer balusters, balls, accessories, etc in size, shape and design as directed, made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, balls, etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railings, integrated gates, etc with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size for gate with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc).

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing (Coating 120 to 140 GSM) not more than 4mm dia of mesh wire, 75mm x 75mm mesh size including line wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any no of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing of surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/plastered surfaces of Kerb stones, decorative wall and the like and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm in alternate panels in different shade/tint over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting to Kerb stones, decorative wall, etc in alternate shade/tint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of Kerb stones, decorative wall and the like and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions in alternate panels in different shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting to Kerb stones, decorative wall, etc in alternate shade/tint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel & iron surfaces, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs not exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6mm complete all as specified.

M&L for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6mm, all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified & as directed.
