SCHEDULE A - Track Works for regular Maintenance

Lubrication of gauge face of rails/ check rails on sharp curves, cross overs, points & crossings and turn-in curves with contractor'sGrease Graphite (IS-408-1981 Grease No.O) of approved quality. Grease shall be supplied to KMRL and will be issued for day-to-day works.
SCHEDULE B - Track Works Incidental to Maintenance Items
Removing of defective rail/welds, in ALUVA-PETTA section duly engaging a welding team. The work shall be carried out as per KMRL track maintenance manual, ATweld manual, USFD manual, method statement submitted by the contractor and as directed by the engineer-in -charge. The rate is inclusive of all lead, lift, weld, associated works, etc. complte in all respect.
De-stressing of 60kg 880/1080 grade LWR/CWR track by duly removing the fastening , lifting and placing the rails on rollers and (as per the procedure laid down in the Indian Railway LWR Manual ) lowering the rails fittings either released or new fastenings correctly to maintain the uniform gauge alignment with or without rail tensor and contractors consumable stores, labours, etc at the location as identified by the Engineer-in-charge

Removing the existing 60 kg 880/1080 grade broken/unserviceable Points and Crossing PSC sleepers with all fittings and fastenings and keeping away at site of work without causing any infringment to the running lines and replacing with 60 kg 60kg 880/1080 grade CMS Points and Crossings(1 in 7 or 1 in 9) PSC sleepers with all fittings and fixing the same with elastic fastenings with special liner to suit the 60kg sleeper to 60 kg 880/1080 grade rails, gauging, levelling, aligning, kutcha packing and boxing of ballast to profile as directed by the Engineer in charge. (All labour, materials, tools and plants are to be supplied by the tenderer/ contractor only at his own cost)

SCHEDULE C - Manpower Supply
Providing BLACKSMITH with KHALASI on demand to attend failures or systematic maintainence of track. The blacksmith team should be equiped with own necessary equipments like gas cutting equipments, grinding tools, spanners, jim crow, crow bars etc. as directed by Engineer in charge of the work
Arranging semi-skilled labourers for daily routine maintainence as directed with necessary tools and equipments arranged by the contractor.
Arranging painter for painting and lettering sleepers, curve markings, turnout marking, plinth marking, boundary pillars/marks, viaduct pier numbering etc. as as directed by Engineer in charge of the work
