25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Gun-metal, ball valve, disc type with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI marked of size 25mm bore ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for all the items of BOQ :- (a) Materials shall be procured from manufacturer / authorized dealer. Minimum 50% of total required quantity of material as per CA shall be brought at site after sample approval but before commencement of work. The materials will be kept in the store in joint custody as specified in PS-II and same will be issued as on requirement basis. (b) The work is to be carried out in Highrise buildings. The quoted rates deemed to include Multy story and height factor. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (c) Contractor shall provide all safety equipments and shall be fully responsible for the safety measures to be provided while executing the wrok. (d) The shade of colour for all finishes shall be approved by GE. Colour of Borders / lines may be different from the colour of building and nothing extra is admissible on this account.
