Pump : Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make Centrifugal pump sets with Bronze/SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling, coupling guard foundation bolts & nuts etc. complete suitable for coupling the pump and motor above the base plate etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of cement sand and metal etc. complete Discharge - 52Lps Total Head - 180 Mtrs Suction Head- - 1Mtr Length of Suction pipe - 5Mtr Speed - 1400- 1500Rpm

Starter: Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating FCMA Starter( KWA pre qualified reputed make) suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay with main contractor and bypass contractor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete

Cabling work: Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cables for the above pumpset from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation.

Earthing: Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate earthing GI/copper strip buries in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards

Capacitor: Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95. The capacitor shall confirm to IS2834.

Suction and delivery pipe connections: Supply and fitting of suitable size quality GI/MS pipe for a total length of 10m. Suitable for the above pump set and suitable flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet etc. complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect ith the pumping main. If the dia of suction pipe is above 80mm CI pipes & specials shall be provided.

Supplying and fitting 150mm size wall mounted type ISI marked Glycerine filled pressure gauge graduated in kg/cm² with cock and copper tube with all accessories.

Supplying and fitting heavy type suitable CI Double flanged Reflux valve with ISI mark (Cast Steel PN.1.60) Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves. In case of positive suction pump set sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery sides for easy repair works

Supplying and fitting heavy type suitable CI Double flanged Sluice valve with ISI mark (Cast Steel PN.1.60) Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves. In case of positive suction pump set sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery sides for easy repair works

Additional cabling work- Supply , laying., testing and commissioning of 90mm Copper cable from starter to motor

Erection charges for all the items of No.1 to 12 above including fitting charges of accessories GI/MS pipes and specials and transportation charges to work site etc.completed including trial running, commissioning and maintenance period of 2Years .
