Construction of proposed Revenue IB Building G1 at Patna for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within initial lead & lifts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand, laying in layers, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers ramming watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance royalties taxes of all materials and cost of all labours TP etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Fly ash brick masonry in foundation with cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 25cm size, after immersing Bricks before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Back Filling of surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead and lift of 1.50mtr including cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

R.C.C. work of M 20 in Foundation using 20 mm down graded size crushed stone granite aggregates including hoisting lowering, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering, curing and necessary centring & shuttering for smoth finishing of work excluding steel reinforcement work including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T P etc complete as per the direction of the EIC
